"Will not be returning. Music all day long - loud - constant. Even at the quiet pool. Great to have free paddleboarding but only one in use. Great to have a gym but ALL the cardio machines were broken - all of them. The Japanese a la carte restaurant was the only bright light in an otherwise disappointing expensive holiday. High praise for staff members Elaine on Guest Services and Benjamin on reception. To the rest, I was merely another anonymous face. Such a shame. $30 USD to go 7 minutes down the road in a taxi to Rio San Juan - what a joke. Take the public taxi bus for $2 instead."
