"The staff is quite nice and helpful. The Czech Inn bar had a great atmosphere on the day I arrived Prague (Saturday night). The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The location is not central to the major attractions in Prague. There is a direct tram line (#22) connecting the hostel to the city center, Prague Castle and I.P Pavlova metro station (which connects to Prague train station). Getting around is not so difficult although it is located outside the city center. The breakfast is kind of expensive for a hostel type breakfast which was a let down for me. "

"We took this room with discound 48% and that is the only reason because of I can't be total dissapointed. 1. We took this hotel because of praking for our car. During the reservation there was no note about parking, just information that this hotel have a parking. In all other hotels there was a notification about price for parking. After we came they said to us we have to pay about 10€ for 1 day. Not cheap and would be nice to say that during the reservation. 2. Personal during check-in wasn't in a good mood. You can see that they don't enjoy at work. 3. We asked for a room at higher floor. We got a room at 18th floor. View was nice but temperature was terrible. In room was no clima and to make everything worse you can't open you window to make a room a littlebit colder at night. That was total catastrophe, no fresh air at all and about 30+ °C. 4. The room is not so big, just one table and one small chair, but still was so much dust on them. Wasnt cleaned for a while. I paid 31€ and was just 1 night and that was the only reason because I stayed quite. But if you pay full price (79€) for that room you can kill yourself because doesn't worth it. Big and nice but overpriced and not so comfortable for staying few night and more. 😫"

"City Centre area, very close to old town square, tourist spot (all by walking distance), easy to get food (fast food, Italian, Czech food). Room is very quiet, bed is very comfortable to sleep, every night I notice I just fall asleep an hour, it just like been sleeping for 5-6 hours ... I been staying lots of hotel in different countries ... I would highly recommend that this is one of the best hotel I stay before, others than in Japan. Highly recommend!!!"

"We stayed in EA Hotel Crystal Palace for 3 days. Though the hotel is located in a by-lane, the taxi drivers had no trouble finding it. The hotel is only a five minutes walk from the metro station. The breakfast was good and the breakfast room very nicely appointed. The room we stayed in was small but neat and clean. The bed was comfortable. The only issue was that, there was no shower curtain so the toilet got flooded every time we took a shower. We would specially like to highlight that the service of Michael, Michaella and also the other bearded gentleman at the reception were exceptionally helpful and nice! The other member of staff in the breakfast area were also very nice and polite and always greeted us with a smile. We highly recommend this hotel as it is well worth every penny."

"I had a next morning connection flight. When I arrived at 12pm, a front desk representative was able to arrange room cleaning services and checked me in within 15 minutes. So I was ablew to drop my bags, take a shower and go to see Prague... also I was provided with a map and instructions how to get to old town. Those were very helpful. I was considering taxi, I don't regret that I had used public transportation. A tip, buy a full day ticket that includes all types of public transportation (about $6), take a bus #119 which runs from Terminal 1 (5 minutes walk from hotel), the bus runs between the Prague airport and Dejvická metro station Line A. The 4th station from Dejvická is Old Town. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. "
