"Excellent service. Besides that all other aspects positive. The only negatives I found was that there are no small fridges in the room and the aircon is switched off by removing the room key from the holder which controls all electric in the room. Shutting off all the electric except for the Aircon would be welcome as it is mucho hot in Indonesia and waiting a half hour before the room cools down every time you go out for an hour leaves a lot to be desired. Also shower water temperature kept varying from hot to cold while I took a shower due to inadequate plumbing design (not easy to correct). Good selection of TV channels. I recommend."
