"Despite the rather grand common areas, the hotel is 3* at best. The hotel seems to be cutting corners. No coffee maker, complimentary water, face tissue paper, clock in the room. Breakfast buffet was disappointing. The same 6 or so "hot" dishes every single morning, and they were always cold and not very good. No croissants, only rather tired white bread and previous day dinner rolls. Fruit was nice though. There good points: hot water in shower and a powerful hair dryer. Service was very slow in the dining room for the one dinner I had there. Food was not good. Check your bill carefully. The young know-it-all at reception insisted on charging me 19% room tax, even though it was not applicable to me as clearly indicated by my passport entry stamp. Also, an "insurance" levy was tacked on per night, even though I was not asked if I wanted it when I checked in. I would not stay at this hotel again."
