"Me & my colleague were in Manizales for a business trip and decided to spend 1 night at Hotel Pop Arts. We were very warmly welcomed by Louisa at Front Desk with a big smile & enthusiasm (which is diminishing with others in the service industry). She explained us everything about the Hotel & surrounding areas like sight seeing, restaurants, shopping, etc. The Hotel itself is a modern 4 star located near the Manizales Cathedral downtown. Good large rooms, nice bar / restaurant on the 3rd floor with a Pool Table, Fuzeball & a large TV. The service is prompt & immediate, whether it be the bell boy, waiters, etc. It is also very economically priced. I really liked this Hotel & recommend it to anybody visiting Manizales - Colombia. "
