From Chiang Rai, head North on Highway 1 to Mae Sai. When you get to the police checkpoint - turn Left, go about 700 meters then turn left. If you book online, its 700 baht. New, large, clean room with a great breakfast included! Weak spot is their Wifi which I could not get at all. Next time I'm gong to Mae Sai, I'll be back! This is only for those with a car!!!

Nice hotel only 20 minutes from the Mae Sai Border crossing. Free wifi. Set back from the main street so it's quiet. I paid a little more for a room with a fridge. Aircon worked well. The shower was nice and hot. The breakfast was ok. Coffee, juice, fried eggs cooked for you, local sausages and toast.

In the border town of Mae Sai is a nice hotel. Maekhong Delta Boutique has nice clean rooms and is really good value for money. For around $50 AU you can have a large room with balcony and king sized bed (brekkie included). Tours to the local temples, across the border in Myanmar, are approximately 700 Baht and go for around two hours.

The place is lovely, clean and tidy. The owner is super kind and very helpful. I only spent two nights, but if I ever need to go back to Mae Sai I will definitely choose it again.

There is no parking, and the place is difficult to find. Nice people, beautiful garden. By the way, food is very hard to find in Mae Sai after dark. Lots of street food, but few tables and almost no restaurants.

We enjoyed the friendly and welcoming hotel staff. The breakfast was large and satisfying. The theme was also an added delight.

Feel at home ,spacious room for family and friends. Quiet environment amidst of the moutain and nature. Private pool at the backyard. Wouldn't mind a bit far from town cos you can buy things to cook in a large kitchen. Recommended!

Absolutely nothing to say cons about this wonderful place. Clean large new room with all the things you can ask for is there. I went to Mae Sai just to go across into Myanmar the next day. Top North is within a stone`s throw of the border, right on the main street of Mae Sai. Room cleaner than average. My only grumble might be the 450 baht cost. Other Guesthouses along the river are cheaper. But, for a first time visitor to Mae Sai, Top North can`t be beat.

This hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and the scenery and location was breathtaking. The style of the place and cabins and gardens were well kept. It’s a great little place for a bit of piece and quiet if you are anywhere near Chiang Rai or Mae Sae. Excellent.
