"We checked into the hotel just for an overnight stay as we were passing through Basel and only had 1 day to spend there. When checking in the lady at reception (Farah) was amazingly helpful with everything. I have to say Farah went out of her way to make us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. She even told us that the hotel had an extra stroller which we could borrow for when we went exploring Basel, this came is very handy with our Daughter as we were walking around alot the next day. Cannot recommend enough. "
