Traveled via train from Zurich to Basel. Hotel was right across the street from the station, but never heard any train noise in the room. Free Basel card given by hotel that got us free transport around city and discount for museum and city tour. Delicious breakfast included. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Very modern hotel in good location ( a few tram stops to the centre). Most comfortable hotel bed I have ever experienced and very good buffet breakfast included in the modest room price. Staff were exceptionally helpful and all amenities were excellent. In short you will not find better for the price in Basel.
I like the contemporary design, clean room and fantastic breakfast. The staff was really friendly and allow me to check in the room when I reached 8am in the morning (right before my meeting) so I can refresh myself before my meeting. The food choices in the restaurant is few through.
