Traveled via train from Zurich to Basel. Hotel was right across the street from the station, but never heard any train noise in the room. Free Basel card given by hotel that got us free transport around city and discount for museum and city tour. Delicious breakfast included. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Very modern hotel in good location ( a few tram stops to the centre). Most comfortable hotel bed I have ever experienced and very good buffet breakfast included in the modest room price.
