"The location is 5-star, so closed to City Hall MRT station. Taxi to airport within 30 mins. Room dining and restaurants are good ! I was attending an event and have sent 2 boxes of materials to the hotel in advance. They were kind enough to keep them for me and deliver to my room when I check in ! I will definitely stay with Carlton for my next Singapore trip."

"I enjoyed a short business stay in this hotel. Great location, very helpful staff, good swimming pool. A few more drink options at breakfast (fresher juice, better coffee) and a better equipped gym would really make this hotel stand out. I will happily return. "

"This is one of my goto places in Singapore. Positives: smaller hotel. No queues at reception, quick service at breakfast, low floors means very little waiting or riding time in elevators Minor issues: bathroom has limited privacy if you are staying as a couple (I am a solo business traveller at this hotel), and breakfast is good for the value but much less than the mega buffets at more expensive hotels."

"Superb location in the city centre. Located beside the shopping mall which has everything you need. Plenty of food options and a super market to boost. The only blimp of the stay is that it does not provide complimentary parking as the carpark belongs to the shopping mall. Information on the cheaper valet parking alternative was not told to us prior to arrival. It costs me an additional 50SGD per day for the parking."

Our compliments to Management staff, Silvia, who is less than a month in her job but never failed to impress us. This truly exceed our expectations everytime. I love the location - near to both City hall & Bugis MRT and lotsa eateries and nearby malls for you to shop. I love the privacy that was given to us . We will come back and book again. Thank you so much from Paul (UK) & Mary"

"First try, good for that short refuge from a long day of work after 10pm check-in, & a respite from home with 7am checkout that is just nice to prep for next day of work.. Small room but fully equipped w shower and toilet ensuite.. water can be procured on your own via their co-sharing kitchenette on level 6. Despite the bad reviews from previous clients due to the hassle of the online check-in with no face to face interaction, I decided to give this a try. On the contrary I quite like the little to no contact with the usual hotel guest service officer especially during covid times like now. And that there absolutely no need to queue, which is what we usually experience at most hotels during peak check-in time.. The app was fuss free, you could ask questions in the app, check in and out easily."
