We are group of 8 people. Because of complicated-one-way-puncak-regulation, we ended up come to villa earlier (around 9 am). Overall I like jayakarta cisarua hotel from the service, environment, hotel condition, staff performance but there's one thing. The location a little hard to find, and there's too many curve.

Just need little renovation for the broken windows.

For family vacation i suggest to take the suite room instead of standard since it was poor facilities & quite far from reception main building. The door's bolt was out of order and the cool water also not running well. But beyond its shortage, Parama is located in roadside of Cisarua street so easily to find it.

I Booked for 2 Superior room. I Stayed with my Children and family. The location is good, close to Pasar Cisarua and Taman Safari, Next to Cimory mountain view resto. i really Love the Breakfast, they dont charge for the children and there are many option for the buffet breakfast. it's just they need to improve the swimming pool, because it was too small for an adult.

Our experience during our stay in Hotel Permata Alam was ok. The room we had ordered was supposed to be a deluxe room or at least as shown on the internet. However they have given us a standard room with a very standard facility. No hot water, dusty carpet under the bed, broken fridge, and local tv channels only.

Hot Water so limited, Restaurant is Fair because staff is not ready for many people, meal so poor (Item) with no taste....Maintenant little bad, specially for Facility ( Pool, Kids game, and Garden ). The best spot to see the mountain is in the rooftop, and it can be selling point for the hotel if they can makeover the rooftop with some decoration. The garden need to be well organized. Overall we like this hotel.

It was amazing holiday to Puncak, despite of the traffic jam. We got new bungalow and friendly staff to assist us eventhough we arrived at hotel very late after visiting Taman Safari Indonesia at Cisarua. We checked the the room is very clean and most of it we have hot water in the bathroom. That's what we need after long journey and cold weather.

Naratas is cheap and suitable for sleeping for one day only (Evening arrived and leave in the next morning). It is not recommended for you who wants to enjoy the scenery and the weather of Puncak/Cisarua for more than one day. The bathroom is dirty and the water flow is so poor.
