Katapat ng IC’s cafe! :)”
My husband and I enjoyed our stay here very much. We were both surprised how big the room is! The decor and furniture are very nice, the bathroom can be cleaner but I guess those are water marks already mahirap tanggalin. The location is perfect it is the middle of everything at katapat lang ng IC’s cafe and bar, which is the main reason why I chose this place. Highly recommended and we will stay here again when in LB :)

We had a great stay! Good location. It is an arm away from the mall where you can buy groceries. Walking distance from UP gate. The staff are nice. It is quiet and we have a nice mountain view from the balcony.

The bed is definitely my highlight and I would definitely recommend this place for last minute bookings! The location is convenient with friendly receptionists but if you are into freebies, they only have the usual ones offered in hotels. Would love to come back again and have a full experience.

Our 2nd time here because of the ff: Cons 1) Spacious room complete with comfy bed, working bathroom, hundreds of cable tv channels, secured keycard doorlock, scenic veranda overlooking Vegamall & mountains, mini-fridge, free toilet accs, cold A/C, quiet surrounding 2) spacious and guarded open parking lot, 3) walking distance to restos, supermarket, mall, boutiques and accessible to transpo, availability of food delivery Foodpanda in the area 4) friendly, helpful and very professional staff (recep and housekeeper) 5) value for money considering the advantages mentioned vs. other lodging in the area Cons: 1) long way to go upstairs to 3rd floor rooms, approx 60 steps, not easy for those w/ disability or other health problems 2) barely operate the elevator at the far back end

Clean and good location”
We had to stay near UPLB to assist my brother with his dorm transfer. Centtro Hotel is located very near the campus and the dormitory where my brother will stay. I think the hotel was undergoing some renovations and construction, but the room where we stayed was neat. There were 3 of us who stayed there for a night. Appliances included with the stay were a TV, water heater for coffee, and a small refrigerator. There was wifi but the connection was not really good. In the end we had to use our own data for web browsing and video calls. Overall, it was a good place if you need to stay near UPLB campus, though traffic going out of the vicinity was a bit problematic. We preferred walking going to the main highway.

I think I made a good choice here. Overall, the facilities are good. Just some comments/recommendations: 1. Breakfast at Cafe Ella was okay. However, only one out of I think 5 choices in the list given to me was available each morning (but different each morning). The staff explained that they ran out of stock for other choices. 2. They might want to try more eco-friendly alternatives instead of single-use containers of shampoo and conditioner. 3. Fix the water heater in the bathroom.
