Dirty Resort, definitely no 5 stars ⭐”
Nice things first, nice rooms, the rooms are clean but however not the hallway once you step out of your room. The beach is wonderful however no towel boxes to put the used towels in. People leave used towels on their sun beds. Also the beach is not kept in a nice way, sun beds all over the place. Breakfast is disgusting as nothing was done against the birds. Birds were shitting all over the open air restaurant. Also were birds helping themselves from the buffet and picking on the cheese and fruit plates. You do not want to know on how the kitchen is looking. Now the staff is talking to each other while receiving guests into their restaurants. Furniture is damaged in the reception. Do not inspect the fountain water, the water is dirty, no wonder we came home with mosquito bites. Do not go to this hotel, the hotel is dirty and unkept, the staff also does not care for the hotel or for any guest. Do not shop in the shopping area. The prices are beyond any respect. Take a taxi and go to a supermercado.

2 stars, 3rd world: a true rip-off!”
This hotel is advertised to be five stars. I don't who went there to check it, but it is definitely not worth more than 2 stars. It is rundown, dirty, disgusting, and I'm talking about their best room, which they gave us after we complained about the even worse privileged room. It is an amazing rip-off! We have been in the best resorts in the world on several continents, but never experienced anything like this. If this would be in Europe or North America, these people running this place would go to prison for fraud.

Excelente hotel, mal manejo de su gerene”
La unica excursion que contratamos en el hotel, el sevicio un verdadero desastre. Fue a Sano Domino. El maltrato recibido pr el guia quien no estaba dispueso a ontestar preguntas que se le hacian. Reakmene nunca pase un momento tan desagradable. El bus se rompio, tuvimos que omar otro y nos eguraro, a utro pedido, qe hablara con el hotel ara que por lo menos un rstaurante nos esperara abierto, cosa que no hizo y nos quedamos sin cenar. Todo esto fue puesto en conocimiento en reiteradas oportunidades al gerente dl hotel, solicitando la dvolucion del precio pagado pr la excursion, cosa que istematicamente se negaba y me queria conformar con un masaje. El ultimo da dada la ira que yo tenia con el se digno a dvolveme los dolares 350 de la excursion, dolares que done poniendolos en un buzon delante de la rcepcion para una obra de beneficenia. Realmente esta persona no merece ser gerente de tan lindo hotel. El de origen espanol.

que dire,des chambres à la propreté très discutable pour un hotel de cette catégorie, une nourriture de masse , pas de poisson en bord de mer, des acivités complémentaires tel que plongée, balade en bateau ou visite en voiture de location et même taxi plus chère qu'en europe....pour exemple le transfert en taxi réservé par l'hotel) hotel/aéroport 30 dollars pour 10 km, la sortie à thème en bateau (environ 4h) au alentours ds 150 dollars....les animateurs de l'hotel vous déconseillent vivemet de vous promener seul dans les villages voisins pour des raisons de sécurité...j'ai testé l'atmosphère ne voulant pas les croire et j'ai pu effectivemet constaté une ambiance pesante... je précise que je voyage fréquemment et j'ai rarement eu l'impression d'être pris autant pour un billet de 100 dollas...

agoda経由でとても安く予約できたのですが、部屋に通されてびっくり。ハネムーン用の広いお部屋で、バスタブも丸くて大きいハネムーン仕様。花もあしらわれ、家族で泊まるのが申し訳ないような素敵さでした。マッサージ３０分無料券や、写真１枚無料券などもいただきました。食事はいつも美味しくて、ビュッフェ以外にも、イタリアンや日本食、ステーキハウスといったアラカルト形式レストランでもいただくことができました。これもハネムーン部屋のおかげだったと思います。 ビーチは白い砂が美しく、水も透明で、かなりレベルが高いビーチでした。近くにはドルフィンスイムやスノーケルのポイントもあり、海遊びをかなり満喫できます。プールも広くて申し分なし。ゴルフ場まであります。お得な価格が見つかれば、ぜひ、予約されることをオススメします！！

Красивый отель и приветливый персонал”
Выбрала данный отель в интернете по отзывам и осталась очень довольна. Заселили быстро, номер был у моря во втором корпусе, комната большая с королевской кроватью, джакузи в ванной, но пользоваться навряд ли будете. Хорошая Анимация для взрослых и детей, еды столько, что можно лопнуть. Снек бар работает круглосуточно что немаловажно для молодежи, которая собирается после дискотеки в нем и продолжает пить :) Расположен между корпусами, но музыка не мешает, голосов и криков не слышно, есть дискотека , но музыкальный формат не очень бум бум бум и редко что то хорошее, может поэтому народ предпочитает сидеть в баре. Есть шоу программа, одинаковая как во всех отелях Доминиканы. Территория огромная, реально красивая. Пробовала спа - не очень понравилось, массаж так себе, всякие процедуры салона красоты оставляют желать лучшего. Большим плюсом был wifi но работал он не на всей территории, в основном лобби и номер, в номере ловил лучше.. Персонал приветливый. В целом все понравилось, только уборка номера могла быть бы лучше. По моему опыту, есть с чем спаривать, дала бы отелю твердую 4ку.
