    “Very good”

    Firstly this hotel is a let down compared to Capri. Room was clean except for some marks on the floor. Power socket switch on the table was not working. Hair dryer was not functional. Toilet shower head was leaking water from the hose connector. These are minor but when compared to other hotels these small little things add up! We ordered in-room dining and it was the worst food ever! Pasta was way too oily and bland. Fried rice taste was so-so. Morning breakfast at Cosmo restaurant was ok. Usually staff would clear used plates immediately. From what I observed, there was only one staff who cleared tables after guests left. Food spread was not fantastic. There was no egg station. Overall as mentioned this hotel is a huge disappointment for us. Previously it was Capri and that time we truly enjoyed our stay! Everything was so perfect. Now Dorsett, I guess you should start working on the little things within the room. Change your menu and Chef please! Hotels in Batam and overseas can do a much better job. It looks like the hotel cut corners from what I observed. For those wanting to stay for a clean nice room, this is the place with imperfections here and there within the room. Food is a no-no! Apart from all these, I guess I would rather book a stay vacation elsewhere next time!

    “Nice stay close to the airport”

    Dorsett (formerly Capri) at Changi City has been my go-to hotel for many years. While there is still ongoing construction during this stay, my assigned room was quiet and comfortable. The hotel staff was also nice to offer me a complimentary breakfast for a previous stay that had some issues. While I did not use the offer, the gesture was an important indication that Dorsett's management cares about customer service and experience. This is why I will continue to choose Dorsett at Changi City for my short stays in Singapore.

    “Great Stay”

    The checkin process is smooth and the room is very clean and spacious. Very near to train station as well. I took the long way to arrive since just follow google map but you just can follow Changi City Point direction. The exit way more closer to the hotel. The only downside is the bathroom shower area is very slippery. Luckily I notice it early. Need to hold somewhere to take a shower.

    “Amazing Stay at Dorsett Hotel”

    My stay at Dorsett Hotel was exceptional! The staff serving us, a malay guy, 26 Dec 2024 at 2.30pm at the concierge counter, (didnt get his name) provided warm and attentive service, and the check-in process was seamless. The room was spotless, spacious, and equipped with modern amenities, including a super comfortable bed. The facilities, like the serene pool were outstanding, and the restaurant served delicious, diverse dishes. The hotel's prime location made it convenient to explore nearby attractions. Overall, Dorsett Hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it for a luxurious and memorable stay. I can’t wait to return!

    “BATHROOM”

    I went to Dorsett on 2 occasions. 16/02/2025 and 22/02/25. My first visit 16/02 - it was a pleasant stay. My 2nd visit 22/02 - we requested for a bathtub, but kinda of disappointed as the standing shower was in the bathtub area. To this, my 77 year old mother was unable to take her shower and she can’t bend her knee plus the high was too difficult for us to carry her into the shower area. I would like to come back to Dorsett again but considering the bath arrangement I might need to consider. Cleanliness was well maintained. Staffs were friendly. But the toilet is not elderly friendly.
