You will be amazed by how big the room is, it is very high quality for a 3 star hotel...room is excellent and ac is cold, have hair dryer, internet not bad...very strategic locations as it is at the heart of Palembang, almost all malls surround this location...most of all the staff is very helpful and i am glad they got me through difficult situations...No help from Agoda...what a let down 😡😡😡

Positive 🖤 Spacious room, comfy bed, super clean room & toilet, modern design, variety of tv channel, good choice of breakfast, walking distance to the Palembang Indah Mall & Ramayana Mall, fast wi-fi connection in the lobby, room services was excellent, helpfull staff. Negative ❌ Location (not safe for solo/female traveller at night) - unless you go by Grab Super late check in (because the room is not ready) Slow wi-fi connection (esp at night) in the room Slow shower & i think the water heater is not functioning

Awesome Stay”

Strategic location near malls and CGV cinema. Easy access to nearby authentic local cuisines, batik and songket shops. Excellent hospitality by hotel Front Office staff. I complained about shower in the room not working. Prompt respond from hotel Engineering team. Change the room immidiately. Nice, clean and comfortable room, value for money. If I have the chance to visit Palembang in future, I will consider this hotel. Kudos to all Capital O Hotel Princess.

Clean rooms very good management in operational , housekeeping duty perfect was given complimentary asian breakfast its rooms spaciuos clean in all rest rooms for buisness stop over its well budgeted fully reno hitel for this standard well standard Thank you everyone i was in this hotel twice , very covenient and centralised.
