"Me and my wife totally loved our stay in this hotel. We have lived in three hotels in Bali so far and this one is our favorite in terms of 1) service ( the staff was always very helpful and nice. Always smiling and being just so nice. From the managers to security at the front door everyone was just so kind and welcoming. Yasa and Putu left a handwritten card and did all their best to leave us a great impression about this place. Also in terms of the rooms cleanliness and design tops our three hotel experiences. Rooms cage a very good sound insulation. The next door water park people’s screams could be heard only outside of our rooms. Facility-wise and would say it’s not the largest pool in Bali but nice and quite. There is almost always a live performing of the traditional very relaxing bamboo music . Water btw was just the perfect temperature. Location - I would say a good location but not perfect if you like to swim in the see you’d have walk a good 10minutes walk. But very conveniently they have a free “golf-car” to take you to the closed shopping mall that is not far away from the beach. Overall our stay was amazing. If you don’t mind a walk to the sea. You want a quite nothing to worry experience in a modern looking nice place choose this one. "

"it is one of the best hotel in Bali. It has comfortable room, good food, big, nice, children friendly pool. It has private nice beach, you can see sun rise in this hotel. It is far from town. the internet is fast but for 30 minutes only - you need to reconnect after 30 minutes."

"I travelled to Bali with my husband for our honeymoon and we wanted to stay at a resort for the special occasion (as we usually stay somewhere a lot cheaper per night, i.e. Poppies Lane 1 or 2). The photos of the Bali Mandira on Agoda's website looked really nice, and it was very affordable, too, so we decided to make the Bali Mandira our accommodation for the week we were in Bali. The resort was MUCH better than we expected! The photos do not do the place any justice. I HIGHLY recommend staying at the Bali Mandira to anyone wishing to stay at a resort-style hotel in Bali. It is situated literally right on the beach. I cannot fault this resort and am very happy that I made the decision to stay here. :) ONE VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER! :)"

"Arrived late and were immediately upgraded to a bungalow room. The service at check in was quick and efficient and the rooms was just great. The bungalow rooms and like a small thatched house with your own verandah surrounded by lush green, gorgeous gardens full of the best smelling flowers ever. The breakfast was first class and the staff more than helpful. The restaurant for breakfast was so close to the beach you felt you were on it. The bed-chairs overlook the beach and are covered with orange umbrella's for the sun. Really great. The pools are clean and cool but don't forget your towel voucher as they are indeed strict. This was my third visit and I will be revisiting as soon as I possibly can. It is just so worthwhile and I have stayed in a few hotels in Bali but this is the one I will book next time. "

"Being a frequent traveler to Bali I have always stayed at Bali Garden Beach Resort for all the 5 star reasons above. The location is a 15 minute drive from the airport to hotel (subject to traffic) yet in all my stays never have I seen nor heard a plane.3 outdoor pools,great beach front restaurant with a killer view of sky and sea and located on the main street with enough food options,all cuisines at all prices.The front desk staff, the room attendants,the restaurant servers are the best of the best and easily solve problems and satisfy your needs.My only issue which I have mentioned to management is since the bathrooms have been updated with great fixtures and finishes they need to put a safety bar in the shower to prevent slipping and falls.The tile floors once wet can be a hazard to the elderly,kids or any age adult as they enjoy the wonderful rain shower and massage spray fixture."

"At first, I was disappointed with the Haven. It was bad enough that my room wasn't ready upon my arrival, but they stuck me in a slightly depressing room with two twin beds because nothing else was available. (Check out my first impression on my blog To their credit, they offered to move me to a room with a king bed on my second night, and boy am I glad they did! The hotel has two entrances and two sections, and my new room had a more upscale interior design, and it was on the quiet side, near the entrance without heavy motorbike traffic and the one that's closest to the beach. Room No. 2 was comfortable and beautiful: big bathroom, nice poolside terrace and incredible bathroom amenities. My only complaint was that the Wi Fi could be painfully slow, but at least it worked. Of all the four-star Bali hotels I booked on Agoda, the Haven is the one that comes closest to maintaining four-star U.S. standards."

"This boutique hotel is located between Poppies 1 & 2 with only the road separating you from the beach. Inside it is a quiet place with one very nice pool area and winding garden walkways. As soon as you step onto the street you have so many shopping, market, eating and beach options all within meters. So much to choose from and the best of both worlds in busy Kuta. Staff are fabulous, the breakfast is extensive for a boutique hotel and there is plenty of space both at breakfast and around the pool. We booked a premium cottage, location was only 20 meters or so from the pool and so quiet. Room size was big enough with a small lounge inside plus a balcony lounge. Garden view was lovely and the room was very clean, in Bali style even though a little dated. We were really impressed with this great small hotel and would highly recommend it as very cost effective accommodation with great service and we have stayed in many different hotels, resort hotels and villas previously in Bali"

"When I booked Griya Santrian, I thought it was expensive. However, after our stay there I did not mind it one bit. The hotel is built in the beautiful Balinese style, with lovely gardens, has 3 swimming pools and amazing white sand beach at one end. The location is also very convenient with lots of restaurants and shops outside. We had booked a room with extra bed for my son without breakfast. On checking in, we were delighted to find that we had been upgraded to a lovely suite and were also given vouchers for a discounted breakfast. The breakfast was excellent and we availed the voucher every day of our stay there. The staff of the hotel is very polite and attentive and requests were promptly attended to. The one minus was the non - availability of wi-fi in the room. The hotel has a common area where there are 2 computers for public use and wi fi but this is a bit away from the room. As happens in every hotel in Bali, guests "reserve" deck chairs by putting their towels so the "best" spots get taken very quickly. To conclude, Griya Santrian is an excellent place to stay especially if you want a relaxing holiday in Bali. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the new Pullman hotel in Bali. The rooms were large and very well appointed. The daily servicing was excellent. The staff around the hotel were all lovely. The gardens and pool areas were lovely, but not hugely used. Some fantastic 'chill out' areas around the hotel added to a nice feel around the property. The guests were very mixed with Australians, Indonesians, Japanese, couples, families, small groups of friends and corporate travelers. We would go back to this hotel again, as it is in a great location, the rooms were lovely and the facilities were very good."
