    Kamar mandi kotor, terutama closet nya, airnya kecil sekali, saluran air di Kamar mandi mampet jd ngembung,tidak disiapkan handuk krn handuk baru dicuci baru be berapa jam handuk diantar hnya 1 pcs dan sobek pinggirnya padahal tamu Ada 2 orang, sarung bantal kecoklatan kesannya blm di cuci, penerangan di Kamar mandi redup, sediaan makanan juga ga ada waktu Mau pesan nasi goreng ga ada, pelayananan nya juga terkesan ga peduli tolong diperhatikan krn tidak sesuai dgn iklannya.
