We love the hotel, ts very convenient and always stay at your hotel. This is my 12th time staying at your place. i have not regret anything . Among all the 4-star hotels (Panorama Regency, Harmoni Suites, BCC & Goodway) i have ever resided in Nagoya district, this was by far the best. All the facilities were well-maintained and serviceable, breakfast was common but lovely, spacious room with comfortable fittings. And best of all, KTV, SPA and pool were all under one roof. Definitely would consider Planet again the next time i visit Batam.

The hotel staff are friendly. The superior room is big enough for a lone traveller like me. The bed and sheets are clean, the towels as well. There's a bath tub for this room, but too bad I'm not too fond of soaking in it (looks quite clean though). The TV is a flat screen TV and the cable channels are standard (around 30+ channels). The WIFI signal is expectionally good inside the room, and speed is fast enough for uninterrupted browsing (which is considered above average in indonesia). The breakfast is just alright, not the best I had (to be fair, the best is a five-star hotel breakfast), and definitely not the worst (better than a lot of 3-4 star hotels). Only con is that the room door is manually locked by key, and not auto locked nor electronic card powered.

The room is super spacious and clean. I love the design of the room. It's a room on its own and we don't hear noise from next door. The outdoor pool outside the room is just nice for 2 of us. However, the TV reception is not too good. The staff is friendly and non-intrusive. There's also shuttle bus to the malls but you need to book ahead. The massage is in the room nearby so it's super convenient. It's very very near to the 933 Golden Prawn Restaurant and we can just walk there. Heard that it can be quite noisy at night. We didn't stay there on weekends so we were spared the noise. Breakfast is held at the hotel opposite though. There are things to do around the villa but you need to walk there, eg, Go Karting, 3D Museum, Batik Outlet, Fustal Centre, etc.

Its located just a walking distance away from Ferry Terminal. Easy to get a taxi around the area to go to anywhere. There's seafood nearby. Convenient stores are nearby. You don't have to worry about starving. Room is spacious and clean, everything is in good condition. It's a 2 star hotel but it is definitely worth it. They have a Club/Karaoke down at level 1 so it tends to get a little noisy at night. Not much disturbance though. Did not try out the breakfast. There's a shopping mall located just beside it. Not much shops are open. Hotel do not have other facilities. Good for travelers who are just looking for an affordably cheap and clean hotel to stay in. Taxi to Nagoya Hill Shopping mall should only cost you 50,000 rupiah. Not more than that.

Overall view of the hotel is an 8.5 over 10. Checking in was fast. Though there should be booking in and booking out counter but hey it is a 2* as stated. It should be 3 or 4. The room is overwhelming spacious and good for muslim prayer though no sign of kiblat. I like the sofa by the window. Good for thinking space. The toilet good enough and love the gushing water. I like water. Though short of hair dryer. The TV entertains you with variety chnls indonesian and english more than tht of a 5* hotel. There is no room service number or food menu to order and deliver. You only dial 0 thts it. They have restaurant which the kitchen should be activated 24 hrs. The area is very quiet at night. The surrounding is not develop yet. The uniqueness of the hotel is the color green when one can noted upon arriving at it's shores or terminal. This hotel is value for money and it should be upgraded to 3star instead. 5 mins walk from the harbour to your left. Dont worry abt getting around. There are taxis and ojeks around humping u and asking whether u needed one. Nagoya Mall is abt 10mins ride for shopping. Food a lot at the harbour and seafood too not to be missed. There are halal restaurant too. The eatery is ok. Wow and snacks a heaven to bring back home. I have been to Harbour Bay many times and abt time to review it. Though i am dissapointed with the mall tht i cant desscribed and where to enter. Experience wise was fantastic and tht you are not short off a lot of things. Zest hotel is good for family too but pls call the hotel and ask what u want and need if you have children with you. I work for Tourism once and 10 years in the industry. Believe me it's worth it. Thank you Zest Harbour View hotel. I wss there for a day's break and wants to review it. I will come again as i always do.

Can't ask for more when I pay hostel rate but get excellent budget hotel service. Only complaint is the hotel is always near fully booked so they almost never check guests in early or allows late check out no later than half hour. Housekeeping is ever so helpful and friendly. Due to high demand, reception not always positive to meet our special requests. But the hotel itself is really good and I'll always stay here if they continue to have promotional rates.

Hotel just walking distance from Harbour Bay Terminal. Don't need to worry about foods either for local and seafood lovers, it all within walking distance dont need to waste money on transport. Breakfast in the hotel not much choices but just a basic breakfast food. Supermarket is also a walking distance. To travel out, there is a lot of taxi outside the hotel. To pamper yourself, there is SPA in the hotel itself. The best part is the room very spacious and the toilet is big. The space where you cant get at any other hotel. Overall we are very happy with the hotel and surrounding. Will surely come back.

My short stay here was good for a so called 2 star hotel. It was comfortable, clean and near 2 mini marts which is convenient. The location is just alright as there aren't any nice views to look at from the window. But it is very near to the BCA main building though. The breakfast was not so good. Very limited choices. But the best part was the lunch buffet. Although they served simple Indonesian food, but it is nice, cheap and worth it. Only cost around 50,000rp ish. And I like the fact that the hotel provides those round tables and chairs just outside the dining area. It's a good way to chill outside. So to those who come to batam for a short stay, this is one of the hotels to stay at.

I have been staying now at SmilingHill apartments for two weeks now and would highly recommend this place to anybody wanting to stay in the area. The staff and owner have been really great looking after my every need and request, ensuring I have everything I require for the apartment and to make my stay there as comfortable as possible. The restaurant also serves excellent food which is reasonably priced and to a high standard, the staff are very attentive and make your visit pleasurable. The Bar stocks all the local and international brands and you can get most of the football and Rugby matches being shown and will record any late games when possible. The pool area is large and one of the best in the area with locals and expat families using the facilities. I cant say enough about the place and the staff and will be staying again when I return.

We got a last minute deal for this hotel as most of the other hotels were fully booked for the long festive weekend. Though it is a 1 star hotel, the price & what we got was acceptable. The room, the bathroom was clean. Aircon was good & cool. Bed is comfortable & soft. They lots of tv cable channels & we can catch the live EPL soccer matches in the comfort of the room. The staff at the reception was very nice & helpful. It was a trouble free check-in & check-out - they were willing to help & guide. You can easily get Grab from the area. Recommended to those not fussy travellers as the area is very accessible to the necessities in Nagoya. Value for money.

Arrived on CNY to relax and book Seruni International Hotel. Surprisingly was very near from harbour bay ferry terminal. Location was very good, nearby food shops, pharmacy and 5-10mins walk to Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall. Was expecting a bathtub included but was not given the room with it. Room seems been awhile since any guest stay as toilet smells a bit. Water pressure for the showers is so-so. Feeling the itch after a night's stay in the bed. Experienced a few power trips during the stay. But is up within 5 mins time. Overall it's a good stay for those non-fussy guests who just needs a hotel with the basic amenities. Thumbs up for the location and value for money.

I really love their friendly staff, they all are trying their best to serve you and Hope u can get a best stay in batam. Any questions? Just ask them. Location 3 min walking to nagoya.surrounded by a few local food stall ,k circle in walking distance too. I have been stayed in another hotel near by with almost the same price range but the breakfast that Ace serve is like a heaven compare to other. Pls dun expect a 5 star hotel buffet. in room aircorn is working well,bed is comfy, Cable tv,Basic hotel amenities. Now the down side are room is super small hardly there is walking space for 2 ppl, one of us must be on the bed if another need to walk. My room 's got flooded aft bath but my parents 's room is fine. No window. Glassy toilet. I got to ask my brother to go to my parents room if I want to bath. And is very easy to spot dirty corner like bed head board, toilet and phone. Overall still consider satisfied stay.

(1) Opposite Mosque so you need to think twice if you need to sleep from 11.30am to 10.00pm and sensitive to sound. (2) Big room, big toilet, big bed. (3) Old furniture, old TV, old facilities with stain on bedsheet. (4) Two pairs of disposable slippers are provided. (5) Receptionist is friendly but English is limited. (6) Walking distance to Harbour Bay & seafood restaurants.
