Stay at Marriott hotel was superb. Location was ideal (next to harbour bay and sea view), gym and infinity pool was nice, massages were relaxing. Hotel rooms were clean, with cute surprises of specially folded figurine towels, birthday cake and well wishes card, thoughtful and surprising! Hotel staffs were all friendly and hardworking. Enjoyed the ambience, food and drink at the lounge, with variety of breakfast choices at level 2. Special thanks to front reception staffs such as Jennifer, Rezaz who were patient, attended to my enquiries and provided kind advices. Manager Daniel and staff Wanyah were also helpful, patient, polite and attended to the needs of my elderly mom. Thanks for delivery of sweet and juicy dragon fruit 👍 Concerige staffs Dedy served welcome drinks. Mez was helpful with the arrangement of luggages. Saddam at the executive lounge was friendly, welcoming and funny. It was a great, relaxing and enjoyable staycation at Marriott Hotel. Would be wonderful plus, if hotel provides shuttle bus service to big shopping malls and no govt tax surcharge (est.35% ) for massage.

Travelled with 2 young children. Family of 5. Hotel room was extremely clean and spacious to fit 5 of us. Nothing to pick on. Location was just next to the Harbour bay ferry, less than 5mins walking distance. Beside the hotel there are many variety of food. 15mins traveling time via grab to Nagoya hill or grand mall. Hotel breakfast were very delicious with lots of variety of foods. Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. Definitely will return to stay in this hotel again if I’m going back to Batam.

Travelling with elderly & chose this for its comfort, proximity to ferry terminal (linked via covered walkway) & seafood restaurants. Good stay for the most part. Staff was very friendly & helpful. Very eager to please but sometimes provide info or services which resulted in some issues. Check in staff mentioned breakfast was provided (rooms were not booked with them though). The next morning, a few family members were rejected entry until they confirmed they would pay for the breakfast. When we made our way out in the evening to a nearby seafood restaurant (5min away), staff kindly offered a ride (wich we were thankful & paid tips for). However, we were brought to a further branch & had to take a longer walk back than initially planned. These are minor incidents but do take the shine off the good experience & great service we received (special mention to the great staff within the cafe).

I loved my stay here! The hotel is right beside the ferry terminal so it was really convenient - the tourist areas are also just a few bucks worth of grab rides away. The hotel staff were so friendly and kind, which made us feel really welcome. The room was amazing with a free minibar and comfortable beds (tho the sofa bed was really hard hahah). I loved the amenities and rain shower which really washed away all my stress! The gym also had all the essentials and is well maintained. However I have to say that the hotel was pretty pricey but it could be a nice splurge if you're looking for a relaxing stay!

Booked a 1 night stay just to reboot and had an amazing time staying at Marriott. Super duper clean. I even saw the housekeeper cleaning every nook and cranny of the balcony. 10/10 for the rain shower, pressure was really good. Bed was really comfortable! Location was perfect as it’s right beside the harbourbay terminal and there are a couple of seafood restaurants nearby. Reception service staffs were really friendly and welcoming as well. Overall, best hotel for a short getaway!
