I would not recommend to sleep here. The aircond is not cold. We were sweating that night. Terribly hot room. Smelly mattress. I can feel itches when lying down on the bed. Oily floor, even after we asked the staff to mop the floor, it is still oily (not comfortable to step on). Wifi is terribly slow, unless you go nearer the lobby. Old furniture, cracked here and there. There are even spiderwebs on the ceiling. Lizard are spotted several times inside the room. I dont know how they manage and clean the room. The bathroom had moss at the floor and wall. Very gross! Surely not a hotel you want to book. Sincerely from me.

the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. booked two nights, stayed one. things started going wrong the minute we arrived. we showed them our booking receipt but they still tried charging us again. they do not speak english, as they state. once we got over the fact that we had indeed payed for our room they finally took us to it and it was the dirtiest room we have ever seen. the bed sheets were dirty and stained, the room did not have all the facilities it said included (air-con, shower, fridge, etc). we came back down to reception and refused to stay in the room. due to their lack of english we had to speak to the manager through the phone as he wasn't in the premises. after a good 45 minutes they decided to upgrade us to a better room which was actually worth the price we payed and cleaner too. the next morning as we came down to start our day, the manager was finally in the hotel and as we sat down to enjoy our morning he came and sat with us, awkwardly, whist burping away. after an uncomfortable 20 minutes he called us to reception and told us we had to pay 220.000 rupiah for the room we stayed in. we immediately refused and told him that was not specified to us, not by him on the phone nor his non-english speaker employee. after hours of arguing, he got us on the phone with a fake employee, the police was called and after trying to stall the whole process and us trying to get our money back for one nights worth, the manager told us we shouldn't leave as it had gone past 12pm, check out time, and we were already into the second day. all in all it was an awful experience, would not recommended it.

pelayanan perlu ditingkatkan”
ini merupakan perjalanan panjang bagi keluarga kami... karena destinasi tujuan yang jauh.... perlu peningkatan pelayanan karena saat kami datang (kami datang sekitar jam 21.00) dan belum ada handuk di kamar... padahal kami mendapatkan kamar dilantai 3, harus naik turun untuk menanyakan/ minta fasilitas yang harusnya kami terima... asli kami sudah capek perjalanan.. dan masih diribetkan dengan naik turun tangga... karena kami butuh mandi karena seharian perjalanan yang melelahkan.... disamping itu... hiks masak kita cuma dapat satu handuk perkamar.... belum pernah saya mendapati fasilitas hotel satu handuk perkamar... padahal saya tidak sendiri... tapi selain soal handuk over all kami puas dengan pelayanan, walo sempet ngk ngerasain AC saat masuk karena listrik padam dan genset tidak kuat untuk mengangkat semua beban listrik... tapi makanannya enaaak.. sayang ngk masuk untuk anak saya yang ngk suka pedas...

Dalam perjalanan menuju bali, kami memesan 2 kamar utk transit satu malam di banyuwangi, hotel sangat jorok, kamar seperti tdk pernah dibersihkan terutama kamar mandi, tidak ada selimut, handuk & peralatan mandi.. untuk kamar standart, fasilitas tdk cocok dgn harga.. dgn harga segitu bisa dpt fasilitas yg lbh baik walaupun sederhana.. Staff tdk ramah dan masa bodoh
