Real pleaser”
I have been the Bali 52 times since 1994 so know a good clean hotel when I find one. Can't say enough good things about location, staff and in house services - food and drinks great prices. Three pools for different types of relaxing. We had a refurbished room (3rd floor) and it was extremely clean and comfortable. Rooms are large. Hotel is older style but very very well maintained and the gardens are superb. Ate in a lot just because it was so good and well priced but Warung next door also very good. Maybe 300 metres to big mall near Waterbomb. Beach was also so clean (Bali has lifted its game now and very aware of keeping environment clean). But most of all the SPA was outstanding. It is stunning clean and brilliant value for money - loved the stone massages and even tried the Sauna machine which I loved. This is not your latest trendy hotel this is a real hotel and it is great value for money. Also rate for money exhange in hotel was same as street rate.

Third visit in 3 years, a wonderful calming oasis at the end of a long journey. Introduced to UK friends for the first time - we we all very impressed as ever. Can't fault the food, cleanliness, staff or location, all excellent. They could not do enough for us, and dealt with any query or request in an exemplary way. Location is good for views, shopping, eating and just relaxing - its even possible to walk to the airport along the boardwalk - we did! Would recommend to any UK visitors, especially people who've not tried South East Asia before. Very safe and secure, would also suggest Bamboo Bar as a change if really needed, but everything is there in hotel, including entertainment, especially if there is a wedding on.

We stayed here for 3 days and our experience was amazing. The staff is helpful and prompt. Its a beautiful resort connected to the beach. 3 decent sized pools and a pool bar. Room was neat and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and soft. We got surprised by this wonderful gesture when the staff came to wish my wife 'happy birthday' along with a small cake and a candle. Many thanks to Miss. Mita and her team. They'll definately go an extra mile to make their customers happy. Im glad I booked this resort. The breakfast was average and same for all days.

Fabulous value, beautiful gardens ”
We travelled as a family with 3 teenage kids in June 2022 and were impressed with the location - right on the beach but at a quiet end of the strip, immediately opposite the waterpark and many good restaurants in easy walking distance. The rooms were basic but big and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The all important breakfast buffet was repetitive but good quality food and plenty of options (pancake & omelette station, bacon, sausages, French toast, rice, noodles, pastries, toast with spreads, fruit, yoghurt and cereals). It was a relaxed and quiet family vibe, but getting busier as we left. 🙂

BALI BANG FOR THE BUCK ”
Being a frequent traveler to Bali I have always stayed at Bali Garden Beach Resort for all the 5 star reasons above. The location is a 15 minute drive from the airport to hotel (subject to traffic) yet in all my stays never have I seen nor heard a plane.3 outdoor pools,great beach front restaurant with a killer view of sky and sea and located on the main street with enough food options,all cuisines at all prices.The front desk staff, the room attendants,the restaurant servers are the best of the best and easily solve problems and satisfy your needs.My only issue which I have mentioned to management is since the bathrooms have been updated with great fixtures and finishes they need to put a safety bar in the shower to prevent slipping and falls.The tile floors once wet can be a hazard to the elderly,kids or any age adult as they enjoy the wonderful rain shower and massage spray fixture.

Great Hotel on Kuta Beach”
Although this hotel has seen through many years, it was still very well maintained and clean. Staff were friendly and the restaurant next to the beach was really a nice place to unwind and enjoy your drinks. Probably due to long inactivity during this covid pandemic, our room AC did not work. We were helpfully moved to another room without too much fuss. Breakfast near the beach was adequate with good view of the local fishing boats. Staff at the restaurant were very helpful and friendly.

3 times a charm”
I love this hotel. I have been here 3 times and yes its an older hotel! but that adds to the charm of the place. The staff are all warm and friendly. The location is perfectly situated on the beach and right next door to Discovery shopping centre and a hop skip and jump to the water bomb park. The price of food and drinks are very reasonable which is a smart decision to make by management, as you are happy to stay play and eat at the resort for most of the time adding to the ambiance of the hotel creating plenty of life to the place. Great pool bar and highly recommend the Broadwalk Restaurant which is one of the 8 restaurants that are part of the resort. Can't wait to go back but sadly when we want to go in August for my husbands 50th they are fully booked out.

Bali garden is for us the best option for a short stay very near airport with access to Kuta beach. If you like quite place, garden but near facilities, good value for money, prefer balinese style atmosphere to modern western style architecture... this is the place. A good thing as it is at the end of Kuta, you don't get hassle as you will 100-200 meters further.... The room we stayed was a bit old fashion but renovated and had a homey charm. Quite big too. wonderful experience from the minute I walked into reception! Great room with the coldest AC. Three great pools with adult pool being the highlight :) Lovely cafe style restaurant right on the beach with cheap prices. Only complaint is not being told the beach towels have to be taken out from the little shop at reception. Last thing you want to be doing is walking all the way back to reception when all you want is a swim 😁

This is my 6th stay here, I highly recommend this hotel. Perfect location right on the beach , with major shopping centre next door and main centre of kuta only 500 mtrs. This hotel has 3 pools, a swim up bar, multiple restaurants and it has and excellent atmosphere here. Nighty entertainment and 2 day spas. Inside and outside. Food is amazing and staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. Also has room service.

As regular return guests we obviously enjoy this resort it has all our boxes ticked . Many of the staff who have worked for a lot of years there have wonderful memories and it is extra special to be greeted personally by these people.The gardens all looked beautiful this trip and as usual we enjoyed some beautiful dinners at the Boardwalk .

Pros location very close to restaurants . Cons breakfast is not that great hasn’t changed much in all the years we have been going there.Also the food has recently changed at the boardwalk it was definitely better before than what it is now .

Great Accommodation with Great facilities & Good Locations”
Used the resort for a 60th Birthday & was in a group of about 12 people residing at this venue. The staff members have all provided an excellent customer service, the facilities were kept clean, the ocation was central to beach, restaurants, shopping, market & banks. Widhi from the restaurant, Boardwalk, made it a breeze in organising the birthday party. Great work all around. Will go back there again after the situation goes back to normal. Highly recommend this resort.Good value for money.

Great place to stay, great location. loved the swim up bar and the food at the boardwalk . Tari Spa is excellent also along with the staff. The only tiny thing, we found the bed a little hard for us as we like a softer mattress , but everything else far out weighted expectation.
