          room is a bit tiny but fit for 1-2 peoples, toilet looks old but equips still working well. no elevator at this hotel, not suitable who has heavy stuffs to carry. there is tea and coffee provide at lobby area.

          We booked urgently but reception staff (afternoon shift on 4 feb 2020) was so nice and provided us the excellent service even she was on duty alone. Room was nice, worth for budget. TV signal was not clear at all.

          You got 2 rooms for four and a big oven and gas with stove top. You cannot find cooking utensils no plate, no gork and spoon. However an electric kettle for coffee. Old TV cannot open. The staff is helpful for the direction. Air conditioning was .Okay.

          It is cheap....”

          The location and the ambiance is good. There were few things that saddened me. Asking for a lower floor has extra Pay... Also they don't have extra pillow if you request any even if you are willing to pay. the rooms are very tiny. TV doesn't have anything to watch. But, the location is good. It is near many things. also near the airport. you paid enough for what you get.

          Not a first choice hotel in Chiang Rai”

          This hotel isn't 'horrible', but not that great either. It's not really close to the night Bazaar and it's definitely not a boutique hotel. The rooms are kind of like a prison cell, the bed is rock hard (although thats pretty normal for Thailand), no hot water in our room and the fan wasn't working. Also, no elevator. The staff aren't particularly friendly, and keep in mind you'll have to pay a cash deposit when you arrive. It was fairly clean though, and had a fridge. Personally, I would choose another option.
