Recommended hotel with a great view, they didn't use air conditioner which is no use for Puncak weather, located on the great spot, love the place and I think I will come to visit again :)

Staff were helpful, professional and friendly. Took my feedback very positively and took steps immediately to improve. I also like the recreational facilities, which include a heated pool, game area and many more. Good ambience and very relaxing. Highly recommended. Satisfy for the rooms ... they upgrade my rooms , view and time of arrival . all staff so polite and kidness And welcomes . But for facility so poor. First time open this hotel they have a fitness inside near the pool but now fitness of facility join with commercial gym in shophouses and you have to go outside from hotel first and main glass door hotel always open so a lot of cats enterence to the lobby hotel and sometimes you have to sit in the lobby with cats . I think thats not proper and uncomfortable for customers. And they turn off the elevator passanger cause they have target of customers per days for turning on. Thats very cheaps ya..

Really recommended, a lot of convenient stores, food vendors, a pharmacy, Indomaret less than a walking distance w/o breaking a sweat. The facility also has indoor swiming pool, sports center, trampoline, kids slides, and free all you can eat breakfast.

I ve been there before for severel times. But this time after a while, i think the service and facility was decrease. The room was a little bit dirty and smelly. Less various kind of breakfast. Hotel area was dirty too, less maintenance.

Old hotel with spacious bedroom”
This hotel has an unusual entrance, as the hotel lobby is accessed from a shophouse. From the front, the hotel is like part of a shophouse, not at all like a hotel. It turned out that behind the shophouse were many hotel rooms and there was a very spacious meeting room. There is also an indoor pool big enough for family activities. The bedroom is quite spacious but the furniture looks old. Cleanliness is not that great, especially in the bathroom. In general, this old hotel is good enough to sleep after a long day outside. If you want to enjoy your stay and hotel facilities, this is not the place

Not worth the money ”
I stayed here for 5 days, and it was entirely nightmare. The first 3 days of our stay, they didn't clean up the room till we asked them to. We waited for over an hour to get the room ready. We asked for prayer mat and there was a dead cockroach. The staff wasn't helpful at all, it seems like the hotel was run by bunch of teenagers. The room smells bad and full of mold. We paid for double bed but they gave us twin room, which of course I refused. And it took them ages to give us double bed room. We asked them to keep the luggage till next morning, as we wanted to avoid traffic during eid. The reception staff refused just because they gonna change the shift (wtf??). Luckily the manager came by and allowed us to keep the luggage in his office.

Before change name ( hotel Cianjur) I always stayed in this hotel. After change to Ayola Hoci... it’s not safe and clean. New staffs just keep promising but no action at all. Have bad memory in the last visit... I won’t come back again
