To be honest, it was not the best experience to stay in one of Aston Hotel in Palembang. They served breakfast in the main lobby, not expecting that.

I booked 2 rooms and the staff called both of the rooms at 23.00 when we were sleeping. Shower was not in good condition. Leaking on the top.

In this pandemic time, cleanliness is the most important and became everybody’s top priority. Came into Aston, lobby was not clean enough and a bit dark. And i think lobby was changed, divided by some tables and shared with breakfast facilities. Hotel is a smoking hotel, lobby area, lift, and room corridor have cigarette smelt. Room corridor has a carpet on the floor and likely to have a dust all over the floor. Room located near the street was very noisy. Hand sanitizer placed almost in every corner of the hotel.
