Before anything else, keep in mind that this isn't a 5-star or 4-star or even a 3-star hotel and that it is located outside NCR so let's not compare it to 3-5 star hotels in NCR. That wouldn't be fair. Asiablooms is ok. You get what you pay for. If you're a practical person & aren't too delicate about small details, this is the place for you. Very accessible---located on the national highway. Enough parking spaces. Rates are VERY reasonable & flexible. They even have rates for 12-hours stay (if 12-hrs isn't quite enough but 24-hrs is too long, you can just pay for additional hours beyond 12-hrs). Our daughter was part of her school's swimteam that was going to compete at the Laguna Sports Complex and we chose Asiablooms because it was only 2 kms. away from the sports complex and was conveniently located on the national highway. No regrets. We're planning to stay there again when we go back for the national championships.

When we checked in at the hotel, the first room given to us is not satisfactory so we requested to be transferred to another room, the staff was very accommodating and find us another room as quickly as possible. The room which we transferred was newly renovated. It is exactly as it was in the booking website photo.

Fooled by the price”

So i got this fan room, stated there with in agoda to price for 3000 pesos, but in actual just priced 950 for a walk in 24hrs. Deceived, i thought maybe the room would suffice, but it was so dirty, it has some cigarette butts under the bed and the CR is so dirty, there is even a soap left by the last customer maybe. I wont recommend at all.

There are MANY improvements that the place needs and what really is its saving grace is the GOOD VALUE for the money that you pay. Let me just point out one specific item. The toilet in the bathroom works, but you have to lift the cover of the tank for it to flush. Then you have to monitor or guess whether the "closer' in the tank is properly closed so that it gets refilled for the next use. THIS DEFINITELY SHOULD BE REPAIRED/CORRECTED.

The place could be better if only it's maintained and cleaned. The flush of the CR is not working and the bathroom is terribly unclean. The lobby and walkway even has dog's shit. WiFi only works in the reception and the restaurant. Hope this will be properly maintained and cared for.

I recommended here just because I couldn't find anywhere else .........And it was awful. Only pros there is that staffs are kind just as normal as other local people are.. The price is absurdly expensive considering their amenity

Place could be Very nice but I heard the owner or a membership of the family lived on site and own dog and cats that pee and poop everywhere! The Couch smelled like cat pees and at night doon poop scattered on the hallway. Also rooms could be cleaner.

The staffs were not accomadating they dont even care about their customers need. I will never go back to this hotel.

The stay was terrible, sadly I can not affected pictures to show the room. After we received our room I noticed that there was no toilet seat, so the staff installed a dirty toilet seat from another room. There was no hot water and all the plumbing was rusty. There were cobwebs on the ceiling. Overall terrible experience.

Schlimmstes Zimmer, das ich je hatte.”

Das "Hotel" war unter aller sau. Wir kamen dort an und man wusste nicht von unserer Reservierung. Es gab auch sonst keine Gäste. Gebucht haben wir frühstück und WLAN, beides haben wir nicht gehabt! Und am Telefonnetz war das Hotel scheinbar auch nicht angeschlossen, so dass unsere Bitte, für uns ein Telefonat zu tätigen, nicht gemacht werden konnte. Das Zimmer war dreckig, die Luft war feucht und moderiger Geruch. Nachts wurde draußen gerumpelt so dass man Angst bekommen könnte. Das "Bad" war richtig dreckig, kein Toilettenpapier vorhanden, nur eine bereits gebrauchte Seife vorhanden. Das Zimmer und das Bad wimmelte nur so vor lauter Mosquitos. Das Personal konnte kaum eine Frage beantwortet, es kannte sich scheinbar gar nicht in diesem kleinen Ort aus. Auf Keinen Fall buchen!
