            “Favourite hotel”

            I am always happy when I stay at Artotel. The hotel room is very comfortable and spacious, the pillows and mattress are also comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and the water pressure is good.

            “Value for Money”

            Tried ordering the Room Only option. Room is spacious and has various facilities fit for a small family, such as a foldable dining table, a spacious room, good lighting, a small refrigerator, and a Smart TV. Could use some improvements in cleanliness and maintenance, though.

            the location is very comfortable to stay because it is not noisy, close to places to eat, there are rooms with lake views. the rooms are very spacious with good lighting and comfortable. soft mattresses and pillows, and close to aeon

            “suitable for short escape ^^”

            stay here before going mudik. new brand hotel in deltamas , room space are soo big and clean. so many compartments in the room. staff also very welcome and situation around are so quiet. near by McD and Starbucks. food taste are good, I choose nasi goreng parahyangan, mix fritter and pisang goreng (bit pricey for two piece of banana). but all is okay ! because the hotel is still new, menu are show manual and serve by ala carte (buffet maybe coming soon) will go back again? of course ~

            “Good and worthy place”

            I recently had the pleasure of visiting this place, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience overall. The environment is wonderfully quiet and cozy, making it feel very homey. I can only imagine how much nicer it will be once the neighborhood jogging track construction is completed—this will surely add an extra touch of relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. The food is absolutely superb! Every dish I tried was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. However, it would be even better if there were a wider selection of main courses to choose from, as I would love to explore even more options on the menu. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile. Their hospitality really enhanced the experience and made me feel well taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend this place and look forward to visiting again!
