I was very impressed with the reception staff, name HANNA ( I'm not sure the name spelling is correct.) I had a problem with luggage that I had to deal with someone at the airport. I don't have a Korean phone number. But she helped me contact and communicate with the staff at the airport. And follow me from the beginning until all problems are over. She kept me updated throughout my stay. i am very impressed Because of her duty, she doesn't need to help like this, but she does the fullest. And the hotel is comfortable. spacious room All the staff are very nice. I stayed here for 5 nights. i am very happy And would like to recommend this place to others as well.

EXCELLENT PLACE ”
I love this hotel in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Their bed are soft and clean, I can sleep well at night. Also, Can feel the cleaner made effort to tidy our place, we returned every night and a nice beds and arrangement. Mostly importanly this place has a jacuzzi bathtub in the balcony area which is quite special to us.

Nice hotel”
Do not hesitate to book this hotel guys! Worth for money and best location located in the city center in Somyeon area which is close to Lotte department store, walking distance to metro and restaurants are around. Room is very clean and nice. Staffs are fluent English and helpful!

Check in was smooth and pleasant, staffs were friendly and helpful. Got assigned to the higher floors which was great, room is clean and beds are comfortable. Overall, very happy stay at Arban Hotel and I will definitely recommend this property if you plan to visit Busan :)

Exceptional”
Room was very clean and big; extremely comfortable space for 3 adults. Shower had hot water and room amenities were well stocked. Breakfast was around SGD 45 for 3 people - very simple spread which the price justifies. Location was about 10 minutes away from the metro by foot- was a little tough with my older parents plus our luggages. Otherwise younger guests or groups will enjoy this hotel as I did. The hotel was right above a cafe, there was a convenience store just next door and an abundance of food choices all around. Overall, a comfortable stay.

I highly recommend staying at Arban Hotel - for the price, the room is very spacious, and even comes with a jacuzzi bathtub (!!). Shower area was also large and the toilet bowl has a bidet. Front desk was also really polite and helpful, and spoke good English. The location is also very convenient and close to a lot of food options and is walkable to the train station. For the price point, I can’t think of anything better! Bed was also very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will definitely stay here again if I were to come back to Busan. Thank you to all the staff at Arban for making our stay such a pleasant one!

Clean and easy access”
Booked for 2 nights on this hotel.Very clean and modern and centrally located.So many restaurants around and just few steps to shopping.Buffet breakfast and staff are very accomodating and helpful.They even took time to draw a map when asked for directions. Cons-it is about 45 mins away by train in going to Busan Cable cruise and Busan Cultural village but subways are just few steps away.

Exceptional”
The hotel room is very spacious and comfortable especially the bed. It is the best hotel we have stayed in our recent Korea. The location is very centralised in the midst of shopping district and 5 mins walk to the Seomyeon metro station. The staff are professional and speaks English. There are several pubs around the hotel and when the window is opened (as aircon was turned off in Autumn), it gets rather noisy on weekends.

Nearby to many food options. Room is clean. Do note that carpark entrance is tight to get in and retrieving car takes time. Staffs speaks little english but are very ready to help.

Great stay”
Very happy with our stay at Arban. The most value for money stay we ever had in a big city! Staff were very willing to help out with the baby cot issues and requests that we have and even helped to book a taxi for us to Busan ktx. Like it that the rooms are huge, very clean and toilet very well furnished.

The best hotel you can find in Busan”
Even though we had a short stay of 3 days 2 nights in Arban Hotel, it was nonetheless the best stay we had throughout our entire Korea trip. The room was equipped with the highest quality and technology, a huge jacuzzi in the bathroom and not to the mention very comfortable beds. Nothing to nitpick about with the reasonable price being offered. I have no choice but to give this room a rating of 5 stars. Highly recommend!

Great and convenient location, close to the metro and in a busy area that had many stores and cafes. The staff were well trained and professional, extremely helpful and great with English. The room was extremely comfortable, and the staff were very thorough with housekeeping room service each day. The amenities were a nice touch, and provided everything that we could need during our 6 nights stay. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Great location & value for money”
My friend and I enjoyed our stay at Arban Hotel and would totally recommend it to tourists especially first timers in Busan like us. It was in the middle of the bustling area of Seomyeon where there were restaurants everywhere. There was a convenience store right across and a coffee shop in the same building. It was also near public transportation so we didn’t have a hard time going around, even when we went to Haeundae Beach. The rooms are always clean when we grt to the hotel at the end of the day, the room was very spacious and the bath and toilet were wonderful too. The staff was also extra nice, and even helped us book taxis (the first one cancelled, to which they acted swiftly). Definitely a great place to stay at jn Seomyeon!

Near Subway, coin laundry near from the hotel. Soemyoen area with various cafe, restaurant, and shop. Hotel staff friendly and can speak English, but cannot speak mandarin. Hotel room clean and very big.

Convenient and affordable stay! ”
Arban is a convenient hotel centrally located from all attractions we went! Direct train access to Busan station. Our room was clean and spacious for 2 adults and a child, the Croffle was my favourite item from breakfast!

Good Hotel at Seomyeon Busan”
Close to many highly rated food restaurants & stalls. If you are first time going Busan, strongly recommend to stay at this hotel as the staff are very helpful in assisting you. Our arrival are earlier than check-in time but receptionist told me rooms are ready for earlier check-in without any extra charges. Anyhow, breakfast so-so.
