Would like to send our appreciation to the night shift staff, Saphine and Shawn. Thank you for the assistance when the room cards could not be accessible to our room. And the morning shift male staff for assisting us to get the room card reactivate. Thumbs up to the Housekeeping team, for keeping the room clean. Cons : might need to looking into the room card system.

Lots of good eating spots and convenience store just a short walk away, including PLQ Mall, which is just 950m away. No problem getting a cab right outside the property. It's right next to Joo Chiat Complex where a bus stop is also conveniently located. If you're taking the train, it's a 1.1km walk to and from Paya Lebar MRT station. It has elevators, which are pretty efficient. Rooms may be a bit small but they are a lot cheaper than the higher end hotels. Nevertheless they are clean, cozy, the provisions adequate, and have wifi. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Rooms are a bit small (yet inexpensive) but staff are SOOO helpful, friendly and accommodating, especially Mr. En Jun and Mrs. Syahindah. We travelled 13000 Km through 5 countries and these two were by far the most helpful and nice people we met on this trip. Room very clean and there`s a breakfast bar downstairs providing good inexpensive food. Next trip will stay here again, no doubt.

This hotel is located in heritage area, I like the situation not crowded and easy to find halal food. Restaurant, supermarket, masjid are just by walk. The room is little bit small, but worth the price.

The Aqueen is located centrally in the Malay area of Paya Lebar. You actually think you are in Malaysia, there is that much Malay influence. The hotel is surrounded by everything you will need on holiday. Plenty of restaurants, stores and markets.

Fantastic Housekeeping and front desk !”
The housekeeping team is very meticulous. They remember small details like how may towels I need , pillows, amenities etc it’s the small details that count and it made it a very enjoyable and lovely stay. The late checkout being provided by the front desk also made my day and the complimentary carpark in such a prime location made it a great staycation choice !
