Deluxe room have big space but lack of maintenance”
Deluxe room have big space but lack of maintenance. Bath room door & cupboard door are broken. Hot water only available once in a while. Swimming pool a bit dirty, so we decide not to swim and just enjoy the scenery and the children playground. Love the huge garden and football field make the air so fresh.

Noisy hall, untrained staff”
We (2 females) got a 2-story bungalow beside the hall. Apparently the 1st floor of our place was occupied by the male staff and they were so noisy we felt uncomfy. At night the guests in the hall had noisy karaoke till 2 a.m. in the morning it was annoying AF! AND by 7:30 a.m. I got notif that we have checked out the hotel, but we didn't do that. A staff/cleaning service came to our place thinking we already left! The towel smelled pungent and the mini zoo was not a zoo at all. The plus point: the park was big and quite well maintained. Though there was one goose being separated from its pack in two different ponds (don't know why), it was crying loudly!

Loud music from other villa until midnight”
Minus value; the loud sound of music until midnight (+/- 11;30 PM) from other villa made unable to sleep, the cleanliness of the room was lacking, had to borrow a broom to clean the room again, the room lights were not bright, the tv was only for a moment there was a signal then when it rains it can't be used because the signal is bad, jet washer leaked, no Wifi in the room. Plus value ; beautiful atmosphere because there are many trees and cool air, spacious rooms, hot water in bathroom, water dispenser Input for better; please ask other villa not to have loud sound of live music at night, if they want to have load sound of live music better in the morning or afternoon , very annoying at sleep time.

Asli kecewa banget kamarnya di pindahin sama resepsionisnya udh di belakang pojok pula..emang w gratisss kan w juga bayar..katanya kamar yg d pesan sudah full booking.. Udh gitu kebagian kamar yg ga ada air panasnya.. kasur udh kumel banget.. duuuuhh kapok deh nginep di sini.. Tp staf yg lain sih baik2 cuma itu resepsionisnya kurang ajar

Berlibur di aquarius orange”
Berlibur di sini cukup memuaskan dg fasilitas kolam renang, taman bermain utk anak, dan ada flying fox nya juga. Kebetulan saat check in mendapatkan voucher utk flying fox gratis utk 2 org. Kolam renang cukup bersih tp sayang utk kolam renang anak nya msh terlalu dalam. Kalau seandainya ada yg lebih pendek ,utk anak2 balita pasti lebih oke lagi. Utk sarapan std dg menu nasi uduk telur dan bihun.
