Exceptional Ski Days & Memorable Stay”

Things I like
Location was great, buses to ski lifts stopped outside accommodation, just far enough away from the centre of town for peace and quiet but close enough to walk to bars etc. Plenty of buses to get around easily
Things I don’t like
Accommodation a bit tired, but a minor point as it was very clean and had all the basics. Relatively cheap and central for St Moritz!

Nice apartment close to the Lake and quiet”

Things I like
I like that we arrived at the time to pick up the key in person during the opening hours. The officer was very friendly. I appreciated that we could bring our dog with us in the apartment. We have used the kitchen.
Things I don’t like
I think it is not adding much value to go to the office to pick the key. This should be an option for the travellers that want to talk to someone. I have been to St Moritz many times so I don't really need face to face explanations about the trash management. It would be so much easier to leave the key in a locker outside and place in the post box of the apartment or in the apartment any information ( like the check out list). Also it is very bizzare that the kitchen doesnt have any spices at all, not even salt and pepper
