easy and simple to check-in, very clean. The AC is not present. Overall good quality price is about 35-38 EU per night per person. Nice room with coffe machine and water boiler. Very helpful the at the reception.

I'm 183cm, not tall by Switzerland standards but I couldn't fit on my tiny children sized bed. Staff was great and helpful thou, nice location.. Just very VERY small beds

Nobody in the reception”
Nobody was in the reception during all my stay because it's a machine to do a check in for oneself. I was staying with a friend and because she was coming later I wanted to get another key for her or let them know that someone could open the door for her so I sent them a email but nobody replied that message neather. Not recomendable at all...

Due to Covid-19 we had to limit our opening hours from the reception from Monday to Friday 8-17h and on weekends from 8 to 12.30h. Outside those hours our guests can do the check-in at the machine. Nice place to discover Basel, easy to commute with the tram (free ticket and city WiFi), thé room is super clean, well equipped (nespresso machine). But in the summer the room temperature is very hot even with the (noisy) fan.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It is convenient to take bus number 16 from the train station for two stops and then walk a little bit to the hotel. I’m happy with the very supportive staff and the hotel the room quality and at the facility is very good for value.

Positiv: Zentrale Lage, war angenehm ruhig im Zimmer, TV und Kühlschrank, herziges „Attrapé“ mit Kaffetassen, Tee und Kaffekapseln, kaffemaschine und Wasserkocher im Zimmer, kein kleines enges Bad und später Checkout (bis 12Uhr) Negativ: das Bad war an einigen Stellen leidr nicht so ganz sauber (Staubknäuel, Häärchen im Spiegelschrank (hat sich wahrscheinlich jemand abrasiert), mühsame Eingabe von Daten im Selfcheck Automaten, manchmal kalter Zug im Zimmer (Fenster hatte unten eine Art Spalt und kam uns nicht so dicht vor. Der Aufenthalt war schlussendlich, trotz den negativen Punkten, angenehm und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis bleibt allemal stark. Die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie das Bisquit, der Tee und die Baselcard machten es wieder wett. Wir können das Hotel empfehlen für das kleine Portemonnaie.

Für einen Kurztripp sehr gut geeignet. Helle freundliche Zimmer. Im Gegensatz zu anderen Budget Hotel hat es Fenster die man öffnen kann. Ruhige Lage. Schnell in der Stadt und beim Bahnhof.

Prima hotel, schoon en voor een budget hotel eigenlijk best luxe.Vriendelijke receptioniste,alleen s ochtends. Rustige ligging,centrum loopafstand of tram/bus met Baselcard gratis. Parkeren in garage voor weinig geld , 10Fr per dag. Mag wat beter aangegeven worden. Inderdaad erg warm. Ontbijt zelf regelen. Heel tevreden,komen nog eens terug

Het viel ons op hoe rustig en stil het was in een relatief drukke wijk. Jammer dat ‘Nederlands’ niet als taal kon worden gekozen bij de avondtoegang.
