“Great location, great value for money”
First of all, location is amazing! It's located within 2 minutes walk from the station of major JR line (Yamanote line) and within 10 minutes walk from Sunshine city. There are abundance of restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, within 5 minutes walk. And it is not located in a crowded (suffocating) and confusing areas like Shinjuku, while you can take a less than 15 mins train to Shinjuku. The location alone boost a lot of value for this hotel. The reception and service staffs are great. They are really helpful if you have problems. I did forget my keys in the hotel room once and they reissued it without any trouble! The facility is great for this value. There are also coin laundry (where you don't need buy a detergent for) and dryer, also microwave at the 20th floor. They also give you changes of towels and yukata every day, as well as clean your room every 3 days. My only downside was I felt my room was dusty despite being cleaned regularly. The airflow wasn't that good too, so I opened my window every time I go outside. But it was not a major issue once you took care of it. Also, my other personal issue was the lack of space for luggage, and needing bigger table for work. You can put the luggage under the table (where it's kind of dusty - but still okay!) and made space for my work stuffs by putting water pot on the floor. These are not a major ick, is just something I found personally inconvenient (but it kind of zero summed by the location and value for money!) Other than that, all good! Would definitely recommend to other people!
