Stayed at this hotel over New Year's when everything else in Tokyo was prohibitively expensive. It's listed on Google as a 3-star hotel but from my experience I'd say it's more like a 2. The bath is very small and somewhat uncomfortable to lay in. The amenities are extremely barebones though you can go down and ask them for the usual things. The room is very cramped and there is only a stool to sit on rather than a fully fledged chair that lets you lean back. Daily room service is not available so the cleanliness isn't up there with most 3-star business hotels and you will have to go down to ask for the room to be cleaned should you wish it. Everyday they will simply leave a towel or two outside your door which you can take if you need. The location is alright, it's very close to Keikyu-Kamata and a slightly longer walk over to Kamata station. Nice selection of restaurants in the local area although slightly seedier than usual. The hotel will also lock the entrances around midnight to 1:00 a.m. for security purposes to be warned. The staff are generally friendly and appear to offer service in English and some other Southeast Asian language(s) though I don't know the specifics. Location is in Ota and very easy to reach from Haneda airport and has good access to Yokohama. However, it is a little lengthy and pricey to reach the usual tourist locations in central Tokyo and even more so if you wish to go further north. If you are coming in from Narita airport you are in for an extremely long trek and I do not recommend coming here. Stay here if you're coming during peak times and are really strapped for cash but don't want to deal with hostels and capsule hotels. If the price difference isn't too much then I would choose a different place.
I stayed here for 3nights. Chose this mainly for it's location which is less than 5 mins walk from the train station. Something to consider when you're lugging around a heavy suitcase coming from the airport. I truly appreciate the staff being very friendly. They never fail to greet me whenever I pass by the lobby. Amenities are basic. Housekeeping is done every 4 days I think or upon request. But they do bring fresh towels everyday. There's also microwave ovens by the lobby. Overall its a convenient and comfortable place to stay, its near restaurants and convenience stores and I love that the staff are very courteous and friendly! 👍🏼👍🏼
It is near Kamata area which is close to Haneda instead of city center. You need around 45 minutes to reach city center such as Shibuya or Ginza by train. For me, as a solo traveler with no exact itineraries, i totally enjoyed the location of this hotel because it was pretty quiet but very close to train station Keikyu-Kamata, you have to walk around 10 minutes to reach JR Kamata Station (if you are using JR Pass). In terms of room space, it was standard of Tokyo hotel, compact and small - very clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. Toiletries are not provided in the room but you have to get it from the front desk (no need to request, they just put it in a corner). No mineral water provided (not sure this is Japanese standard policy or not) but nothing major actually as near the hotel, there is supermarket and Don Donki at the Keikyu Kamata station. Nearby has a very nice restaurant too which i love it !
Love that it's non-smoking hotel. Super close to the station. Good aircon and water pressure. It was quiet as well. Beds are firm which i liked. If you like your bed and pillows to be like marshmallows, it may not be comfortable for you. There's fridge, humidifier, kettle, and wide TV. Microwave is in the 1F. You can also take sleepwear, cotton buds, towels, razor as needed. Toiletries available in the room.

“Incredible room and above-and-beyond service”
(Traveled with one other close family member, not a solo). Had a twin beds room/non smoking. The person helping us was patient and understanding. Upon entering my room, we appeared to have the wrong bed. After going back to the front desk, they were able to sort it out in no less than 10 minutes and we were able to get our new room. Even though the room seems small, it still feels roomy enough to move around without luggage blocking the way. Rooms were clean and tighty, battery charging ports by the twin beds as well as adjustable bed lamps were incredibly convenient. Bathrooms have a toilet and tub together (though I wish the air vents were stronger). After being out for the day and coming back, a bag was left with extra towels/toothpaste/yakutas/face towels. Even came with packs of coffee! I highly recommend this hotel, due to its clean rooms, better-than-excellent service, and pricing was more than fair enough!
