"Loved my stay here - super clean and the beds are very comfortable. I like that they had curtains all the way around, and power outlets and a lamp inside each one. Showers and bathrooms were always super clean as well. Cozy lounge to hang out and meet other travelers. Unfortunately I wasn't here on a Saturday when they have live music - that was otherwise one of the draws of the place. Also it was a little far from all the places I wanted to visit in Tokyo but it's very close to a train station with a few lines so aside from taking a bit longer to get places it's still convenient. "I normally stay at a different hotel in Akabane, but I will be staying at Daiwa Roynet from now on. The rooms here are somewhat larger than in other Akabane hotels, the staff here (at least during my stay) speaks English well, and the hotel was extraordinarily clean and comfortable. The attention to detail was very nice in almost every respect."

"It was our first time in Japan and we stayed here from Nov16-20. Best part of this place is the location! 1. From Narita Airport, we rode the Tokyo Skyliner to Ueno Station and transfer to Keihintohoku Line to Higashi Jujo Station. From South Exit, just 1-2 mins away, you will find Flex Stay Inn. 2. 7-11 is in front of it so you can easily buy food and other necessities anytime. The place is also surrounded by restaurants so you have a lot of options. It has bathroom with hot/cold shower and typical Japanese toilet bowl. Sink is outside together with a stove, kettle and mini fridge. Aircon has heater. Wifi is strong even if we're almost at the farthest end. Towels, toothbrush, hair dryer, shampoo and body soap are all provided. There is also TV but we did not use it. Space-wise it is acceptable because I know spaces tend to be smaller in Japan. We have 2 suitcases and 2 big backpacks. We do not have that 'space' to really open our suitcases at the same time. "
