Great location hotel for transit”

12-hours transit. Good location near terminal 1 immigration. The hotel room was very clean and neat. Despite there was a problem with the AC in my room (room 8, AC was too cold, controls to adjust the temp were not working), I still give a-5-star. The other rooms our group stayed had no problem with the AC. Hotel staffs were good and attentive.

November 2022 Layover”

Single overnight at this property as a transit passenger with 19-hour layover at Changi airport. Perfect for the circumstances, nice room, pleasant staff. Transit side accommodations. Simple morning check-out then off to the gate and my outbound flight. Thank you to all staff at the Aerotel Terminal 1 for a very nice stay. By the way, great pool and pool bar! I recommend book in advance.

Transit hotel - airside ”

We used this hotel on our previous trip to NZ rather than spend 12 hours at the airport awaiting our next flight. Best decision we made. A long flight needs a break I feel. So after a shower, a good sleep, lunch and a swim - all included in the price - arrived in NZ in much better condition! Good value for money.

Convenient and luxury”

I was blown away by the cleanliness and convenience of the hotel and location. The package i chose, 12 hour stay, comes with two meals. The food was amazing! I’ll definitely stay again for long layovers. The room looks out to the tarmac but i did not hear airplanes landing or taking off. Value for money!

Took A while to find it, arrived at T3, its in T1, we had our elderly mom with us, we ealked to the location which is duable. Maybe better signage so ira easier to find. Rooms are clean, bed was either double or queen that can fit two but when i booked, have to Book two rooms for party of 4. Didnt see option of booking only 1 room for 4... its a bit pricey, able to buy from agoda which is a little cheaper. Happy with room and amenities. Lounge run out of milk/coffee grounds a few times have to wait a bit. I ordered breakfaat prior to checking out, we got to the lounge, took a while to get our food. It seems like they only made it when we arrived and not when i called.

Very nice room with firm and comfortable beds. If not for the flight delay, we could have an hour extra of good sleep.

Worth Every Penny”

This is the time (COVID) to spend money on yourself and be treated with care and concern. Then there is the food....WOW....delish. Staff hygiene conscious, pleasant, helpful, caring. Best way to handle a long lay over”

The staff were welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Rooftop pool and bar are a huge bonus.

Solo Mom Traveller ”

Had a 14hour layover with a busy 3 year old. Best decision was booking trans accomodation with Aerotel. The moment we stepped into their facilities they made us feel welcome. Helped me with my tired toddler who was having a tantrum. Also, turns out i had booked the wrong day but they didn’t make a fuss about it, they immediately fixed it and got us a room. The complimentary meals were amazing. Loved it!!

Clean transit hotel”

Spotless clean room and bathroom. Located at terminal 1 so it will take around 20 minutes to walk if you arrive at terminal 3. If you stay for 12 hours they will provide 2 times meals. Nice stay ..

Great hotel to rest”

We had long transit and we usually stay in this hotel whenever we fly with Singapore airline. Room and spacious, clean comfortable. Staff is friendly and great help. I highly recommend their spa as well. We will keep on staying this hotel id we have long lay over in Singapore

Great place !”

I loved the Aerotel Hotel. Room was very nice. Breakfast was fantastic. Wish I had booked more time. They stay booked up so last minute changes may not be possible.
