"Staff are very friendly and helpful. They speak Korean and English (likely more). My favorite thing about this place compared to other capsule hotels is how clean and not sketch this place is. Location isn't the best but it's absolutely worth taking a train up. Is it a 20-30 minute inconvenience? Yes. Is it worth it for a comfortable night, clean sauna, top tier staff, and great price? Absolutely. For those coming in from the states that don't know where Adachi is. It's like north east ish part of Tokyo and is a safe area (not a touristy area though). "

"Only need ten minutes walk, then you can get to the Kita-senju metro station, and it is very convenient to find it after you landing at the Narita airport. The hotel facilities are very good, with free breakfast providing for all the guests and separate public bath room for both men and women. Each staff member is kind and polite. An electric massage chair is available in each type of room to help the tourists get relaxed after travelling across the metropolitan city-Tokyo during whole daytime. Very nice experience to remember the good time as we stay at the hotel. We are not reluctant to book the hotel once again if we could travel to Japan next time. "

"The hotel is less than 5 mins walk from Kitasenju Station. From JR Station, take North Exit, then West Exit, after which you can see IOIO (Marui Building) on your left. Take the elevator down, and you can see the Hotel on your right. Just turn on your right, walk pass the drug store & 7E and you'll reach the hotel in a minute. If you take Tokyo Metro, take Exit 2 or Exit 4. Hotel offers simple but nice breakfast (selection of breads, scrambled eggs). Free coffee, tea, Coke & juices (machine) from morning till 11PM and free use of washing machine & dryer. You can buy detergent at 50yen from the reception. Everything is good except for the bed and pillow which is a bit hard. Please expect small room which is not uncommon in Japan. Staffs were friendly and could speak fairly good English."
