Great cleanliness and awesome staff friendliness ”
It was my first time to stay at A-one royal cruise hotel. It was an amazing experience, good location and just 1-2 mins walk to the beach, the room was so clean, all staff were helpful, respectful and gave us such a very warm welcome! Plus they were very attentive to serve us wherever we were and whenever we needed! The facilities were great and functional. The breakfast were not much optional and not varieties but it was acceptable. We wish to come again as the price is so attractive and reasonable! Thumbs up 👍🏻

Perfect for a calm stay in Pattaya”
The rooms are very nice, clean and we had a great view from our Balcony. Only on saturday and sunday were plenty of kids in the pool and it was very noisy. The pool is more little than expected that's why we never stayed there. For instant the beaches in and around Pattaya are so calm and clean, really idyllique. wow what an amazing stay! I really have nothing bad to say everything was fantastic. The staff here are amazing, every single member of staff was very attentive and so helpful, they all went the extra mile to make sure whatever we needed was done to their best ability. The room was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. I traveled with my 72 year old mum to take her for a 4 night stay, she didnt want to leave. At first we only booked 2 nights but it was so good we extended our trip. I 1000000% recommend this hotel. Location, staff, cleanliness, food, pool all great!!! The only thing is to buy water by the pool is 90 baht a bottle that is super expensive. That's my only negative comment. But you can go to Family mart right next door to buy water lol. Thank you so much to all the staff your the best! See you all again soon. This will be our go to hotel in Pattaya.

We had great time with our family for 3 nights because of following reasons. 1. Location - excellent in city hardly 1 minute from beach. 2. Access to restaurants, daily use shops, Indian hotels and so on very good. 3. All source of transportation easily available. 4. Staff is very courteous and supportive. 5. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and allowed us early check in at 11am. They have two pools which it won’t be crowed with the hotel guests inside the pool. Hotel provide free baby cot for my daughter too. Will stay here again next time

I like this hotel ,its right by the beach, and very quite location , away from noisy night club areas. I like to visit noisy area but like to sleep in quite neighbourhood. I don’t know of any other to not choose hotel, except for thing that when you book room with double bed, they give you 2 single beds, they did twice, so you gotta make sure you getting what you asked for. I m not sure why they do that, apart from that, its best hotel in best area.

Great response from staff with test and go package, which help me especially when flight was changed and delayed, staff quickly issued new letter required for flight and Thailand requirement. First time here and my family enjoyed it a lot for 2 nights. our room was super cute. the location is great. you can easily get street food. the beach is just across the hotel. staff were super friendly and cheerful wearing sailor uniform (especially the security who stood at the lift in day time). breakfast was nice and tasty. we love the place, Ahoy!

Convenient location only 2 mins walk to pattaya beach Value for money. Room is lovely with very friendly house keeping. Balcony is fantastic especially we have to wash a lot of clothes during our stay. I will stay there again for sure!!

One thing I felt uncomfortable was the room I got 1218 on 2nd floor the washroom was smelly, not sure if the room exhaust was not working properly, if I had got better room would have been nice, and there was no table and chair in the balcony, I had to ask for extra chair for my partner to sit, it was Chinese new year and rooms where all full....the location and food is good it's on the Beach road...I would recommend to book A one Royal cruise rather other franchise of A one hotels

The beds were comfortable and large. The breakfast was so so. There were many Indians. The man who great us when the lift’s door open was very funny and nice, kids loved him. The hotel was a little bit far from the mall, but there were many cafe, bars, restaurants, and convenient stores around.
