Old world charm with a modern twist!
Delightful from the moment of arrival, helpful checkin staff, good quality dining in the restaurant, rooms equipped w marble bathrooms and bathtubs, great to have access to pool, gym, spa & sauna too!

Great location & Cocktails
Great food, enjoyed the cocktails and doesn't get any better for location. easy to find, two seconds from the metro and buses. only downside was the bad wifi and the outdated bathroom.

Not bad but old hotel in the good location
There was some miscommunication with hotel and agoda. I was instructed to pay room charge when I checked in directly but its already withdrawn from my bank account. The staff in check in counter didn't find my booking and she had to call to travel agency or agoda for confirmation. It took almost 20 min. Finally I received room key but they assigned very bad conditioned room in the corner of alley which is only one or two room in that floor usually not given to guest. I really felt bad and next day I asked to change room and they chagned immediately..(They didn't ask me why...just check room number and changed) Room was twin but I m alone, room itself looks not so small but feel old. They need to improve room amenities. Breakfast was not bad for light meal in the morning. One of the greatest thing of that hotel is location...just in front of 'Wynyard Station' and center of CBD area. I could go to Opera House, Harbour Bridge and Darling Harbour by walk. I already visited Sydney again just last March. But I stayed other hotel near Menzie.
