The food was inedible...very disappointed Location location location 7,3 The sandwich...ordered by both myself and my partner could not be eaten because of a discusting tasting mustard which made us both almost choak. Despite informing staff, there was no offer to provide a different sandwich or to refund money. We walked to the cafe next door and got a beautiful sandwich at half the price. Maybe the chef should order his sandwiches from the cafe next door. She/he could learn a lot.

Walking distance to Opera House, the rocks an Harbor bridge. Ferry and train station are across the street. With harbor view room, Opera house and harbor can easily be viewed. Staff are very hosptality, and the breakfast buffet are also great. Don't worry about language barrier, Chinese staff are availble in this hotel. Consejos sobre el hotel: There is no smoking room available in this hotel. Promotional dinner available this period of time, for each meal, and plus one glass of any kind of beer or juice.

En pareja Australia, 15 de febrero de 2013	Nice Hotel always friendly service location, clean 7,7 Very convenient for me, i fly from Coffs Harbour can get a train from under the airport to Circ quay and walk to Hotel. I always feel safe with my daughter who i travel to Sydney with most of the time. Very clean and the staff are always happy to help. The only issue ive had is last time i went to check in they hadnt been sent any reservation details from agoda. Had to wait and little bit of a stuff around. I also paid for an Opera House room and didnt get it. They soon sorted it out

Good service in reception and concierge. Nice lobby bar with reasonable prices for drinks and snacks. It seems to be common in Australia to charge for using the wifi. I don't know about the telecom operator pricing in Australia, but I didn't expect to having pay for it in a 5-star hotel.
