Cobrar por hielos en la habitacion. 8 Estancia de fin de semana, Taxi desde el aeropuerto muy buen precio, ademas si se prefiere cercania en transporte publico tambien facil y economico Check in rapido, servicio muy amable, personal de hotel hablando varios idiomas Habitaciones amplias, limpias y nuevas Buena localizacion en el centro de la ciudad Ofrecieron un late check out adaptado a mi hora de regreso para facilitar mi estancia

There was no in-room wifi so it was quite uncomfortable to stay at the lobby for many hours. The other uncomfortable thing was a bed and pillow which was too soft. I got backache terribly.

Hotel staff is friendly.Good location for shopping in Zail Shopping Area. Breakfast is nice with a lot of variaty, include japaneise cuisine. Some of the gym facility cannot be function.There is no wi-fi in the room but can get the free wifi on lobi and restaurant. Consejos: hacer compras: 10 min walk to Zail shopping area.

Room is relatively big, though without a good view but still provides a comfortable night stay. The only cons is that hotel should start providing in-room wi-fi service, even with charges, it provide guest with more convenience especially when tablets i.e. iPad or smart phones is a norm these days. I hope the hotel could look into this area, other than that, it was fantastic.

Or when we brought back our food from restaurant, they let us use a microwive in the middle of the night which is located in the kitchen. They basically accepted any special requests or at least try the best to help us.

My only real quibble is that there is no free wifi in the rooms - there is free internet, but only accessible through an ethernet cable, which means the internet can't be accessed on tablets and smartphones in the room. There is, however, free wifi in the lobby as well as two computers available for guest use.

Television was an old CRT with a poor picture. However everything was as it should be.
