The bedroom was also a welcome surprise - large, light and well equipped with a very comfortable bed. The location was wonderful, close to the underground and in particular close to fantastic shopping. I recommend this hotel for both holidays and business. Internet access was fast and efficient and so made completely business easy.

En pareja Australia, 22 de mayo de 2012	Quality service Attentive and friendly staff 10 this was a really lovely hotel which was very reasonably priced through agoda. the staff were apologetic that our room was unavailable for us upon arrival and presented us with a free drink in the bar until it could be made so. then we were given an upgrade due to the inconvenience that was presented. the room was lovely, very comfortable, and the service was wonderful. our only disappointment was the limit of one device that can use their wi-fi. two adults are likely to have a device each (a fiancé who is addicted to ipad games and a compute for me to work from). after a request this was amended though. i would highly recommend the french restaurant, le faubourg, which is attached to the hotel. it has sensational food and exceptional staff. the location was great - brilliant for shopping and close to the train stations for visiting sights. overall, a relaxing and lovely stay in berlin. Consejos: hacer compras: This hotel is located smack bang in the middle of the shopping district. To one side of the hotel, all of the high end labels - Prada, Gucci, etc - and to the other side all the high street favorites - H&M, Cotton On, and so on.
