En pareja Spain, 02 de enero de 2013	Hotel con muy buen servicio Zona de compras y ocio, habitaciones espaciosas, personal encantador 8,3 hemos tenido una agradable estancia en el hotel h10, gracias a la amabilidad del personal del mismo. está bien ubicado, cerca de dos paradas de metro, en una zona residencial y de compras muy tranquila. lo único malo es la conexión wifi, que en nuestra habitación era muy mala, pues la señal era débil y en algunos casos inexistente.

We enjoyed a lovely room, the staff were very friendly & the hotel is conveniently centrally located (including close to the start of the Double Decker Bus tour stops). We thoroughly enjoyed having a look around Berlin (albeit quick); and the H10 Berlin Ku'damm Hotel was a great place to stay.

Good location Location at Ku'damm, modern and comfortable 9 This hotel is located brilliantly, has comfortable and modern rooms, and also a very nice exterior. Suprisingly, for a hotel of this calibre, my room wasn't perfectly cleaned. It could have been a one-off mistake, though.

Fantastic location, right in the city, exactly beside underground subway and very near hop-on-hop off city tour. 10 I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Good kitchenette facilities as well. The front desk reception was superb. Her name is Jennifer.

Air conditioning/heating self regulating, minibar , safe, full length mirror, very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant in hotel. Room service available in the evening. Staff were genuinely friendly and willing to help. Location is good, but Berlin is so big that it depends what you are there for. Overall happy with my stay.

En pareja United Kingdom, 08 de diciembre de 2012	Great hotel in a very convenient location Great location, very modern, clean and tidy throughout, great value. 10 i selected this hotel having read a great number of positive reviews and wasn't disappointed. the location was perfect for our 3 day shopping/christmas market trip with some great places within a few minutes walk (kadewe and karstadt department stores and the christmas market at the kaiser wilhelm church were our favourites). there is also an underground station right next door to the hotel providing an ideal link to the rest of the city. the room was modern, clean and tidy and met all our requirements. all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful plus they stored our bags following checking out until it was time to leave for the airport. can't comment on dining there as we didn't use the restaurants. will definitely use again when we return to berlin next year!
