Suite is not always a suite
staff was very nice and helpful, Breakfast, Location
we booked the suite to have a better standard. But we get worste... our view ended to a wall. In the room and also in the public dinning place we had cockroach. Also the sanatary was brocken. All in all not worth the money and the word "suite". We left after one day and changed the place.

Good choice for Sapa! Ez to get about
1. Clean and comfy. 2. Nice breakfast. 3. Friendly staff
Walking distance to other restaurants, attractions etc. Easy to get to. Rooms were clean and comfy. Toilets modern enough. Plenty of things to walk and see nearby. Staff were very friendly. Arranged Sapa tours and train transport to Hanoi for us. Overall, pleasant experience :)

Charming boutique hotel past its prime
Staff, decor, location
It is a charming small hotel with very friendly staff. The coffee is excellent and so was the breakfast menu. I stayed here back in 2012 and it was evident that it is now past it's prime and in need of some TLC. The paint and bathroom fittings especially need to be updated. Last time the lounge area seemed to always be buzzing with mingling guests but that vibe seems to have disappeared.

a disaster. i would not recommend this hotel
provides employment for local ethnic minority people
was no internet access in our rooms and one room had no hot water. the staff kept on promising to have the water problem fixed but by evening we decided that a more reliable solution was to find another hotel nearby.

friendly hotel in the middle of everything
friendly staff, quirky decor ,proximity to everything
We enjoyed our stay apart from the noise from the market. The locals would start unloading trucks at 5 ish so it was difficult to sleep in. We were in room 4 with an amazing view however we met a couple in room 6 who said their room was quiet BUT they had no view. So it is a trade off view or little noise. I will ta.ke the view. The hotel has quirky decor and is really warm and friendly. Houng who looked after us was so sweet but extremely efficient. The breakfast was excellent as was the coffee. The location was good in the middle of everything.

Three nights at Sapa Rooms Boutique Hotel
Friendly staff, ehlpful staff, comfortable room
We stayed for three nights in this hotel last week. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the time we checked in until we left. On our first night we arrived at dinner time. One of the staff walked us to another restaurant as I needed gluten free food and they only had more burger type meals. There was fruit in the fridge for us as well as lovely roses in the room and drinks also in the fridge - all this was complimentary. Fresh fruit was left again on the second day. The bathroom was clean however it was the style that ends up with a very wet toilet after using the shower. This was easily fixed but maybe a toilet specific drying towel would be a good idea. The cafe downstairs served great coffee, Vietnamese style as well as Lavazza Espresso. The staff arranged a tour guide for us to walk to Cat Cat village. It was very rainy but we had a wonderful time. All in all it was a wonderful few days. I would recommend this little hotel
