Lindo hotel, mala atencion

La atencion no fue muy buena. Nos intoxicamos con mi pareja y pedimos de usar el telefono y no nos dejaron.

Hotel caro en relacion a la calidad
ubicado en pleno patong, buena pileta.

La atención no fue buena. Me intoxique con algo que comí y la persona que atendía la recepción no nos dejo llamar por cobro revertido a asistencia al viajero. Me dejaba hacer llamada internacional y me cobraba 80 baths el minuto.
Cuando nos fuimos quería que paguemos por un plato que no rompimos.

Everything was fine.. good location, good breakfast, decent-sized rooms.. Very strong shower..!
BUT
A/C practically not working, and it made the room very humid/lukewarm...

The hotel picture in agora and real is totally different. Toilet was not clean and tap water is in light yellow color. TV remote not work and room have mosquito. Swimming pool water also no clean.

Breakfast Food is so-so, The Wifi wasn't working 95% of the time, my in-room phone was broken and they didn't do anything about it (I've complained). The hotel itself is kinda outdated, you can feel the "budget vibe" everywhere and the most critical thing I need to point out is their bathroom is so small/cramped and not so pretty ~ really reminds me of my dorm room in China.. yep.. in China, thats how bad it is..

Located at city center, close to shopping mall and many restaurant around.

Good location, just a few minute walk to the biggest mall in Patong- Jangceylone and 5 minute walk to the Patong beach. Staff quite well speaking. However our room are quite 'old' that some renovation should be carry out. The Breakfast just ok.
