La verdad es que no fue una buena elección. El hotel tenía dos edificios y nos alojaron el parte más vieja, en el último piso, sin ascensor. La habitación era amplia pero la limpieza no era buena. Por la ventana entraba un olor fuertísimo que descomponía a cualquiera. Seguramente hay mejores opciones en Patong.

Hotel bien situado, cerca de la playa y de la zona de ocio pero sin sufrir el ruido nocturno. Limpio, habitaciones grandes y confortables. Trato normal, sin servicio de taxi hasta aeropuerto y piscina sin sol, aunque disponen de solarium.

Una excelente estadía, la pileta un poco fría y más chica de lo que se ve en las fotos. Las habitaciones muy grandes y limpias, la cama muy cómoda. Todos los días dejaban dos botellas de agua de cortesía.

Es un hotel moderno, bien ubicado en Patong, a 3 cuadras de la playa y unos 400 metros de la calle principal, sin embargo no es ruidoso. La atencion fue muy buena, la habitacion linda, limpia, y moderna. El desayuno basico pero bien. Hay Wi Fi gratis en el cuarto. Lo unico negativo que encontramos, fue que realizamos la reserva a traves de Agoda, y llegamos al hotel a las 16.00 hs (cuando el check in es a las 14.00 hs), y nos entregaron la habitacion alrededor de las 17 hs, dijieron que la estaban preparando, y cuando subimos vimos que lo que habian hecho, fue juntar dos camas individuales, en lugar de darnos una habitacion con cama matrimonial. Las playas de Patong, no son las mejores de Phuket, recomendamos alquilar una moto e ir a Kata o Karon, o cruzar a otras islas.

Generally our stay was pleasant .y son was sick and they hel cll in a Tuk Tuk to fetch him to the hosiptal.
My son encounter some bites from the bed and they change room for us quite immediate.
However they may imporve on the fitness equipment as pretty oily and not maintained and clean well

I have stayed in this hotel only one night with my partner and we were impressed with the hotel, considering we payed with an offer.
When we arrived, the hotel did not have the room we had booked, available and decided to upgrade us for a deluxe room with pool view. Therefore, there was "no room for complaints" from this side.
The room was really clean, nice furniture (dark wood) and very powerful shower!
The breakfast was really good, (international and thai food) and the gym was basic but fully functioning.
the best was the pool,the very competent bar staff (amazing offer for happy hour)and it was so nice to sip a cocktail by the pool after being out all day.
Very good massage shops in the area( cheaper than usual patong price) and just few minutes from the beach or the main shopping center.
The only negative side we could think of was the Internet that was a bit slow, but being in holiday, it did not affect me so much.
