Nightmare, so much noise we could not sleep.

Room is actually really nice, but expensive. Hard drive full of movies to watch, FREE minibar with beer, restocked every night. But none of this matters due to a major flaw. The doors have automatic closers so you hear doors slamming at all hours of the night. Staff is helpless at this. To be honest I would forget while leaving my room and the door would slam. VERY ANNOYING at all hours of the night. Also the hotel does not have any front or back doors. So traffic noise is constant, along with the security guard who has a whistle and uses it until 4am. Plus so bad for security, we saw cats and rats sneaking in, running down the hallways. Too bad because it could actually be a very nice hotel if they just fix these 2 major issues. Otherwise I would never go back.

We arrived early due to our flight schedule, surprisingly they still allowed us to check in at around 9am although their check in time is 2pm. Moreover the check in only spent me about 10 minutes with serving me a refreshing pineapple juice! Front desk staffs are helpful, friendly and can speak English which make our stay became more pleasant. Room are comfortable and clean, provided with all your necessary need. They allow us to bring out the beach towels for our island hopping tour. On our last day stay, we have a morning safari tour which will back to hotel after the check out time, so the staff suggested us to check out when we leave for our tour at 7am and left our luggages at reception. Nothing to worry because when back from our tour they still provided us a hotel room for us to bath and change. Hotel location is fantastic, we didn't take any Tuk-Tuk during our explore in Patong because all areas are within walking distance. Another big surprise was when we dined in Savour we had given 10% discount on our bill just because we are La Flora hotel guests! ( We never been informed by hotel staffs but was the waitress in Savour spotted us by the hotel umbrellas brought along by us that time, must again give my compliment to the nice waitress). I had a happy stay and will definitely return and recommend to all my friends.

Amazing, Awesome!
Location, Staff, awesome value for Money!

We went there for our first week of our honeymoon and we absolutely loved it!
Great location right in the heart of everything but it was quiet too!
The staff were amazing, friendly and always willing to assist!
My hubby emailed and let them know we were coming on honeymoon and they arrived a honeymoon cake and rose petals in the room and towels made to look like swans and love hearts :)
We will defo go back and stay!
