The Hotel is situated centrally for our needs
It has a bath, a refrigerator and everything works well

it is about 1 minute walk to walking street which is great.
free wifi.
nice A/C and bed.
good TV
bed thing is - so disgusting shower room/bathroom - just awesful.
and there is no elevator , there are several floors - and when I came the staff did not take my luggage I fcarried it.

I stayed previously at this hotel and had a better experience than this time around. The shower leaked water onto the floor, the toilet hose was on the floor, air conditioning was warm, and shower curtains dirty.

nice staff and good and clean rooms theres no elevator so you may walk 4 stairs if unlucky its near to the nightlife and shoppingmalls and restaurants is everywhere outside the hotel because theres no resaurant in the hotel

the area is good as its near everywhere esp those pubs, beaches .the walking street is basically just 1 min walk from the hotel. the beach is just opposite the hotel and there are plenty of restaurant and shops nearby. indeed, the boyztown is just basically beside the hotel . definitely will consider the hotel again if i ever goes to pattaya again ( probably not )
