This is a very poorly run hotel
I only have worst experience. Nothing good abt this hotel

Breakfast was bad, nothing except eggs on 1st morning and skip it the rest of stay. Wifi was so poor and require payment. Always noisy with most of the mainland China guest in the hotel. Housekeeping was so poor with no toilet paper that require asking.

Good hotel with perfect location. It's not expensive, however, don't expect the superb service and facility from the hotel in this rank.
The room is clean and comfortable. The hotel meets the standard for people who just spend the night there, but not recommend for a long stay.

The hotel its self was very nice and comfortable,but unfortunatley the staff were very young and inexperienced ,this made our stay not as we were expecting of a 4 star hotel .

If you plan to shop/sight seeing along East side (Pataya etc.), this hotel is quite convenience since it's located on the main Srinakharin Road, also not too bad for a transit to Suwannabumi airport..

the room is like a five star hotel room, it is clean and newly renovated. however the lobby is a bit small. and the gym room and the swimming pool are not ready for use.
the staff are nice and with food smile.
the location is not bad. it is near the shopping mall paradise, and also not far from the airport.
