We just feel that the stay is not worth the money. Next time we won’t be staying at Beitou. We prefer to do a day trip instead.

A nice resort near parks and hot spring

The hotel is relatively nice and clean. The staff can speak English, but the waitresses in the hotel's Chinese restaurant cannot. The breakfast maybe awful for people familiar with western style breakfast, but for me it was ok. There's shuttle bus service to beitou mrt station which is very convenient.

a pleasant stay

Overall stay was nice except hotel service needs to be improved tremendously.
We asked for a bucket of ice which took 30mins wait & called reception only to get a reply they do not have any.

Large and comfortable family room. Bed was soft. walkable distance to MRT and is conveniently located near 7-eleven and other fast food restaurants. Staff were friendly. Only negative point is that guest rooms and the main lobby are not situated in the same block.

Historical resort with great service

Great hotel location, it's a good place for vacation. Basically is a historical building, with some history exhibition. Hotel and reception counter are in 2 different building, and a nice garden in between these buildings.
The breakfast not really fantastic but acceptable. All the hotel staff are friendly and nice! Hot spring in our room was nice and relaxing. Will definitely come back again!

Great location but older rooms
Close to Xinbeitou station; walkable if not too much luggage

Breakfast was good. Room was a bit outdated. Guest rooms were situated in another building from the front desk which was a bit annoying as you have to take 2 elevators. Hot spring water was good. Free shuttle bus can be arranged to transport yourself to Beitou metro station. Driver was also a front desk who was very accommodating when we mentioned that we left something at the hotel.
Consejos: restaurantes:
The hot pot restaurant above the 7-Eleven is a must visit. The hotel is very walkable from Xinbeitou.
