En pareja France, 24 de febrero de 2013	hotel agradable Buen servicio y atencion 8,7 A pesar de estar un poco lejos del centro, el hotel es agradable con piscina y una terraza cubierta en el techo donde se puede disfrutar de buena comida a la fresca. La habitacion es amplia con vistas a la piscina, aire acondicionado y cama muy comoda. El personal es muy atento.

This is a reasonable hotel according to the price. Good friendly staff and they give a good service as well. I can't say this is a luxury hotel. I can use the word reasonable.

We stayed here overnight as we were arriving late into Colombo, the lobby was lovely then the minute you turn the corner to go to the accommodation side it all turns sour, the rooms are fine, but the bathroom was absolutely horrible, they desperately need to spend even a tiny bit of money on refurbishing the bathrooms- the shower was mould ridden & the toilet didn't flush. We had no choice but to dine in the 'fine dining restaurant' we walked in the door and the staff just stared at us, we sat down ordered a beer that took 15 mins to arrive (4 people in the restaurant plus us) when it arrived it was Luke warm! We ordered food, came out reletively fast compared to The beers, but was cold! At this point we had given up caring about trying to make the most of the situation so we went to sleep, had breakfast- again staff standing around and just stared at us when we walked in, the food was horrid- we checked out and this is possibly the straw the broke the camels back- the female receptionist that checked us out visibly couldn't care less about our experience, the payments were made and she walked away- we were standing there for 5 mins and she came back and asked us what we were doing there, when I replied 'waiting For you to let us know if there is anything further' she just shook her head; at this time I had now had enough and wanted To get out ASAP, unfortunately our driver was 30 mins away, I asked the receptionist to change some money for me- she literally pointed at the cashier window and said nothing!!!!!! The doorman ran over and immediately changed my money, my partner and I waited in the coffee shop- 15 mins past and no staff were in site, dispite 5 standing at the reception desk in full view of the coffee shop, again the doorman rushed In and asked us what we wanted and proceeded to make us Our tea, this man was the only good thing about this horrible Hotel, the staff couldn't care less!!

John M. Solo United States of America, 29 de enero de 2013	Clean hotel with helpful staff Clean, large rooms although the bathroom may not be up to everyone's standards regards the shower stall. However the staff was friendly and spoke English fairly well. The hotel restaurant served excellent food at cheap prices. 5,7 enjoyable stay and would return again. the only problem is that contrary to the hotel description regarding its location is that it is 30 to 40 minutes approximately to colombo and there are no restaurants, bars or shops in the area and the sidewalks are for the most part non-existent so you are pretty much confined to the hotel.

Locations for eats and small shops are walk able and on the main street. Room are tired but clean. Toilet is also clean with good hot water pressure.
