En familia con niños pequeños Singapore, 15 de febrero de 2013	Wonderful Accomodations Service, Well-designed Apts 9 this hotel could not possibly function without rohan and his friend. it is amazing how he can organise practically everything for you and with a smile too! and the apartment is just amazing - fantastic layout, tasteful decor and comfy beds. for once, what you see (in the pics) is what you get! the only downside i can see for families with small children is that the apts are in a suburb so you have to get a taxi / three wheeler to get around. (btw it costs only abt to get to the city.) there is also a kfc, domino's, chinese restaurant etc abt a 15 min walk away. we will definitely be staying here again! Consejos sobre el hotel: Get Rohan to call for a meter taxi.

En pareja Germany, 11 de febrero de 2013	Perfect for Colombo stay - if you have a car big rooms, clean, nice staff, new facilities, new flats 9,3 We stayed with two couples in a big flat apartment in Feb 2013- there was even one more room for two more people that we didn't use. This accomodation was worth every penny!!!! I would stay there any time again. Totally recommendable. The value for money is great when you compare hotel prices in Colombo (ridiculously high!). This is not a hotel, so you won't get breakfast but they provide tea and coffee and the staff was so friendly to bring us a fruit basket with bananas and a pineapple. Very very kind people although they don't speak English and won't be able to help you with any sightseeing. It is in a remote area for richer locals in Colombo so expect to search the location for a little while. Our driver called them and they helped with the directions. However, you need a driver or at least a car. There is no public transport but by car it is a 10-15 min drive so not even far from the city centre. Stay there, you will not regret!!!! En pareja Australia, 14 de enero de 2013	Lovely hotel and service a bit dfferent Manager Johan was extremely helpfull and pointed us in the right directions 8 Once our transport found the apartments we experienced a wonderfull stay and was greeted by a very effiecent manager. Johan was his name and he tried very hard to meet our needs and expectations. We enjoyed Colombo very much knowing Johan could organise good people to take us shopping or sightseeing. En pareja Maldives, 03 de enero de 2013	this is not a Hotel, just a Hose not a good place unless u want be isolated 3 it was advertised as a 5* but this is just a normal house without any service. the place is so faraway from any restaurant and any shooing center. the closest place is 3km away and to find a taxi you need to go long way and there is no nam board on the place.

Facilities left wanting as there was no cable TV as advertised and the TV itself was placed too far away from the sitting area and from the bed. The caretaker was very hospitable. Good sense of privacy and a nice view from the top floor.

The apartment suite that we stayed in was truly massive - much bigger than most serviced apartments and hotel suites. It was also tastefully furnished to a high standard. However, the location (in Nawala district) was rather inconvenient, making it difficult to head out to grab a bite or buy some groceries. To get a three-wheeler (tuk-tuk) it was necessary to wait approximately 20-30 minutes each time, so you need to plan your day well in advance. But this is a great option if you want to relax in comfort. Consejos sobre el hotel: The hotel's location is rather inconvenient - it is situated on top of a hill, far away from the main road. Stock up on essential supplies like snacks, water, beverages, toiletries etc before returning to your suite, or you will find it really inconvenient to head out again.

En pareja United Kingdom, 08 de octubre de 2012	Fantastic apartment, so much space, well presented Lots of space, lovely presentation, great service. 9,7 We booked this apartment the day before we stayed here. The process was very simple. When we arrived at the unassuming apartment block in the middle of a residential area, we weren't sure what to expect but the reception area is clean and tidy and we were greeted by Rohan. Lovely guy who was very helpful. His English isn't great but he connects you to the owner by phone who was lovely and explained a few things and also advised us to ask Rohan to ring her if we needed anything. We were then taken up to the apartment in the lift. When Rohan opened the door we were amazed!!!! The apartment was enormous and the furniture and fittings were lovely. It is open plan and really modern and clean. There was a large corner sofa, a flat screen tv and a dining table. The kitchen had a fridge/freezer, hob, microwave and kettle as well as cutlery and crockery. The bedroom again was huge with maybe a king or super king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The en-suite had a lovely new bathroom suite with a powerful and hot shower over a bath. You also get air-con at no extra charge. We got some milk, tea bags, sugar and water so were able to make a drink straightaway which was great. Rohan also brought us a basket of fruit the following morning. The apartment is actually a three bed but as we had booked a one bed, they just locked the other doors. You can go up to the roof terrace and get great views over the whole of Colombo. Rohan told us we were able to take drinks etc up there at night if we wanted. They are laid back here which is really nice. The apartment is about 10-15 minutes out of Colombo city by tuk tuk, costs about Rs400 to get to the main city areas like Cinnamon Gardens. You get to see a lot more of local life staying here which is what our trip was all about so we loved it here. It's really quiet at night as well, no traffic noise etc. The block was full during the 2 nights we were here and we didn't hear anyone else at all.

It looks like newly developed as the furnishing was excellent. Furniture, bathrooms, flooring everything was good. The only drawback i see is that being an apartment, it has no room services unlike hotels.
