Excellent Stay

Litle things mean a lot
We were upgraded to a busisness class room but the small amenities as iron and hair dryer was not working. At breakfast, we were placed in a table to our liking but when we return from getting our food in the buffet table, we were surprise the table assigned to us were given to another guests. The food in the buffet table always run out of stock and no refill is done. Very disapponting for a five star hotel. Having many guests is not an excuse why foood can not be refilled and seats given away to some other guest. No coordination among the restaurant staff.

Impressive & holistic
I was very struck because of the Sunday mass. It was attended most by families. The food ( buffet) was also very balanced & holistic.
